BRILL!  The best way to discribe the Plaza Pallas!

We went to the Plaza Pallas last September, our first time to Greece. Best holiday we have had. We met some lovely people.Infact we where only home a couple of days and we booked to go back 3rd June, cant wait, we are going with friends this time as they where impressed about the things we told them about are holiday. Spiros and his family, and Jo make everybody welcome and are the perfect hosts. We have just received a letter from them telling us that they have installed air con in the complex. It didnt bother us last year as the rooms are large and airey. Anybody going for the first time wont be disappointed, its a great place.  Plaza Pallas is in a great position on the edge of the village, close enough to all the bars and restaurants and the beach. Sunday cant come quick enough!!

We stayed at the Plaza Pallas for two weeks in July 2006. It was not a problem having no air con. The rooms were fairly cool and we hired a fan for a few nights. These are lovely apartments and we had a great time going back on 1st July this year. It is not over noisy the Plaza has its own bar so you do get people sitting outside and chatting. There is no loud music or noise from the street as these apartments are set back from the main bars.

I am thinking of going to the plaza pallas hotel at the end of june the only thing that worries me is that there is no air-con, do the rooms get very hot? is there a lot of noise at night.

What can I say about the Plaza Pallas?

Didn't stay here but passed it daily on the way from our hotel when going into the town. The food was excellent, highly recomend the lamb keleftico. The staff were all great especially Demitri who is an absolute star, loved him!!  Can't wait to go back and sample the delights again. The place is stunning too.

 HI ALL IN THE PLAZA PALLAS, JO SPIROS ETC, ETC. JUST GOT BACK HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME . THE PLAZA IS THE HOTEL TO STAY IN TSILIVI. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE MEALS IN THE OLIVE GARDEN ARE ALSO YUMMY. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR .

didn't stay here but ate at the olive garden restaraunt twice- the only place we went to more then once. we had to walk passed every night to get to the village from our hotel and the host recognised us every time! food was lovely and just the right amount. look out for flyers for free wine-red's the best.

We stayed at the Plaza Pallas from 9th to 23rd July 2006 and had the most fantastic holiday. It was like living in another world for two weeks. A big HI to Spyros and all the staff for making everybody feel so welcome and being so friendly. Tsilivi is a great place to holiday and the Plaza Pallas are lovely apartments.

The food in the Olive Garden restaurant was first class and we met some nice people in the Sambuca Bar and around the pool. You never know might see you again next year

We Have Been to Zante, 3 times, Laganas was a bit Tooo much!!!! Tsilivi twice! First time  staying at the Princess, which was at the time, Nezi studios. the second time we stayed at the Plaza, Katarina and Spyros are truly the nicest people you could meet, extremely welcoming and friendly! We had a superb fornight in 2002 with them and met some really nice people. the food was delicious! the accommodation spotless! and the pool was fantastic! We also had a couple of Brilliant Greek Nights, everyone joined in! I would truly recommend anyone staying here, in fact, we never left the poolside during the day, went for a walk at night but always came back here....so much so I have just spent the best part of 2 hours booking me and the other half in!! see you guys on the 20/7/06 can't wait!!!  P.s we have been all over the world, But! Tsilivi is our favourite holiday destination, and we give the Plaza 10/10 in all counts!!    

Adele are you having a laugh or have you been drinking. If your staying at the Plaza Pallas your miles from the Laganas Strip as its a different resort LOL. your need to catch a taxi.

going to the plaza pallas hotel in september  this will be my 3rd visit to the island as i love it! i have stayed in the victoria hotel laganas and the alexandra hotel laganas i know my way around quite a bit but cannot think were abouts the plaza pallas is can ne-one help???? how far is it from the laganas strip???? thanks every1  

Where to eat in Tsilivi....

Plaza Pallas Hotel is located... as you're walking towards Tsilivi Beach past the Popeyes Restaurant keep to the right hand-side... walk past the Convinient Store and turn the corner and you will see a swimming pool right in front of you which is the Plaza Pallas Hotel Pool, just walk right through it to the reception!

I've just returned from a week-long holiday in Tsilivi in Zakynthos Island. We stayed at the Plaza Pallas Hotel which I have to say was beyond my expectation! As I walked into the room I was amazed to see how spacious, clean and homely it was, not to mention the splendid view of the Tsilivi Beach from the wonderful balcony. The swimming pool was amazing, during my stay at the hotel I just had to have a 2 hour long swim every evening before heading for dinner at the wide range of splendid restaurants on the resort. The location of the hotel was just so pleasing as everything was just steps away! The hotel restaurant (Olive Garden) was just mouth-watering and not to forget the friendly staff... I would just like to say a 'Big Hello' to Dimitrive, Babis, the Chef with the nice eyes, and the 'Conservative guy! lol. The amazing comfort, clean swimming pool, relaxing atmosphere, and the ever-most friendly staff... you just cannot get any better than this guys! Highly recommended place to spend your holiday in Tsilivi. I definitely have intention to return to the resort and to the hotel! Keep up the good work guys.. Shumi!

Hi Jo We are going to these apartments on 9th July (World Cup Final Day) We looked them up last year and they look really nice. Only two mins from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars so not far to stagger.

As others have said they are down the beach road from Popeyes and turn right at Camelot Restaurant then about 50m along the road before Faulty Towers.

The Plaza Pallas is just around the corner from Popeyes. If Popeyes is on your left walk towards the beach them take the first right. About fifty yards down on the left is the Plaza. Just got back from Tsilivi, although we didnt stay here it did look very nice..

Have just returned from the Plaza Pallas. Myself, Husband and two boys aged 6 and 3 had a brilliant time. Can't really think of anything negative to say about the place. There was a friendly atmosphere, Spyros, Jo and katarina made all of us feel really welcome. We will certainly be returning some time in the future, my 6 yr old is already asking if we can go next year and the 3 yr old thinks it's his other home. Another thing Jo in the bar makes an excellent cocktail and the food in the restaurant next door is yummy!

Returned from PP on 3rd Oct. A single person had a studio for three - plently of room and really clean in the new block. Wonderful views out to sea. If you come out the front door and turn left,walk 50 yards and opposite Fawlty Towers { brilliant for breakfast }beside the nursery is a track that leads directly onto the beach. PP is located well near the centre of town, but not ontop of any noisey bars. Great for singles, couples and familys. Any problems or info needed, ask Spiros and he'll set you right.

Returned from PP on 3rd October, had a wonderful time in Tsilivi. Ultra clean apartment in the new block.Food well priced and good at the bar.If you come out the main door and turn right,just past Fawlty Towers{ brilliant for breakfast! }cross the road and a track will lead you straight on to the beach. Lovely clean pool at PP and if you need anything, Spiros and Katerina will help you out.PP iswell located for getting about town, but thankfully not near too much noise.

 Returned from two weeks at the PP last Sunday. Never been to Zante before and never heard of Tsilivi so we were a bit dubious. Really nice surprise as it was brill. Certainly stay at the PP again but air conditioning would be a good idea as a fan even at night is not enough. Loads of places to eat and drink and easy to get around. Look forward to a return visit

Hi Spiros & Jo, what a place - what a holiday. I don't know what the guy down the list is talking about, our rooms were cleaned every day, spotless. The appartments and the facilities, bar and location is fantastic. We went with 9 friends who stayed down the road at the Daisy Studios and they spent everyday of the holiday with us at the Plaza. We went to Rhodes 2 years ago to get married and stayed in a 5 star hotel, when we got back we both said "wish we'd done it in Tsilivi at the Plaza". We had a 20 month old and a ten year old with us and they loved it as well. Alright it's not quiet during the day but you can't have it kid friendly and quiet as well, if you want quiet go to the Shetland Islands!

The Hotel and Apartments were lovely. The Staff were all very friendly and made you feel very welcome. There were, however, some major flaws with the hotel. Being located in a room overlooking the pool was very noisy due to kids in the pool very early in the morning. Also the bins located just outside were emptied by the binmen daily, we dont think they could have made more noise if they tried. A nice alarm clock at 7 in the morning!!! If the binmen didnt wake you then the dog across the road would have a damn good go for an hour (no exageration!).

Hi Spiros and Jo - remember us? Gary, Jo, Charlotte and Joseph (rooms 107 and 108).We had a nightmare overnight delay coming home last week (21st Aug), but that didn't change our minds about Zante.  We had a great holiday and met some brilliant people (remember the people from Liverpool in 301!)  Everyone made us all so welcome that we didn't want to leave.  You never know, we might just see you all next year!  Hope the rest of the season goes well for you all.

Im goin to tsilivi first time on sunday, just wondering is there a new waterpark opened near there and whats it like?

just spent the last 2 weeks of july at Plaza Pallas with 8 members of my family and we all had a great time, Spiros,his family and staff make a wonderfull team ensuring their quests (friends) have great holiday. Just come back from a 2 week stay 3rd - 17th July 05.  Had a fantastic time thanks to Spiros, Jo, Dimitri and the rest of the staff.  Thanks to you all for making this a really brill holiday.  Jennie and Emma are planning for next year, Emma had such a brilliant time on her 16th birthday that she wants to go back for her 17th.  Mike and Dave are planning on beating their all night record !!  Fantastic place, and we were made to feel really welcome would go back tomorrow. Spent a week 05-12 June at the Plaza Pallas, great holiday, best yet.  Apartments clean and very spacious, hello to Spiros, Jo and Dimitri, thanks for a great holiday.  The restaurant next door owned by the family is called Grub Up, don`t be put off by the name food and service is excellent. Will be back soon.  Work for Thomas Cook but recommend the Plaza Pallas and Argo Holidays, as long as you don`t fly from Stansted, Air Scandic are appauling and terrible delays.  

This is a great hotel for young couples and single people or family's with older children .It can become quite noisy at night .With there being no air con you need to leave the doors open which lets in the noise.But that is the only problem spiros and Jo are really good people and fun to be around ,rooms are excellent and clean with good views.Hotel staff are very friendly .Close to all resort nightlife and the beach.When you go say to spiros "are you the famous spiros on the internet" and watch his face.

 Got back yesterday and have just booked to come back in September. The hotel was fantastic and Spiros and staff made us feel welcome. have been to Tsilivi for 6 years now, 8times in total and have never stayed at such a nice, friendly place. We will never stay in any other appartments or a hotel again.

   The pool is lovely to sit by during the day and at night it was lovely being able to chill out and have a drink in the bar. James is 4 years old and he was made to feel really welcome, even when bothering Spiros at 3 in the morning! 

We are gutted we had to come home and can't wait to go back.

On recommendation of work mate, three of us (One male) are staying at the Plaza Pallas for the first time from 19th June. Can somebody tell me if the two bedroom apt has a twin bedded room also another bedroom or is it just a studio with one bedroom ?  I can't find a telephone number for the hotel. Does anybody have it ? Is there any authentic Greek restaurants locally ?  Thanks

I am getting married in zante and am staying at the Plaza Pallas for two weeks with friends for the second week and am looking for some info on the best places to go and what the weather will be like from the 5th to the 19th of june.Also a friend wants to book direct with the plaza pallas does anyone have a direct number and a name of someone who speaks a little english!!!!!

The beach is only a few minutes away along with the shops, bars and restaurants. Spiros and Katerina are wonderful people and make you really welcome, as you can see from previous comments. This will be my third year working the summer and I love it there. Hope you have a great holiday (if you've already booked it!)

We stayed at the plaza from the 13-18 oct. The rooms are first class with massive beds, shower and bath, fridge and cooking facilities.
Spiros, Jo and the rest of the team did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant stay even though the weather was terrible.
The hotel is really central only minuites from the shops, bars and restaurants. We don't usually go back anywhere twice but we will be staying with Spiros again he is such a nice guy.

Booked the plaza pallas for June 2005, 3 children 14, 12, 7 will it be suitable? and can anyone suggest a good restaurant, really excited about going especially after reading the comments.

best apartments i have ever been to, our family room had a massive main room with kingsize bed, the kids room had 2 singles and a second balcony overlooking the sea, pool was very clean and plenty of sunbeds.
a good bar with 2 large pool tables ,all in all a first class place to stay.
