Looked nice from the outside, but the food was awful very salty, our whole party was disappointed.

The worst resturant we found in Argassi, the staff were totally put out that a party of  8 of us turned up.  We waited over 45 minutes for our meal, one meal was bought out toally wrong, by the time the correct meal came out everyone else had finished theirs .  The last meal was cold and very rushed veg's frozen.  Three of our party had lamb chops which were rock hard.  The attitude of the staff was disgusting they gave the impression they did not like the English, when we queried the bill, due to a 1 euro each service charge they threatend us with the police.  Never never again, we stayed in Argassi for two weeks for the second time and never experienced attitude like that, every other resturant we went to was wonderful.  They had not ought to be trading.

Hi to all at Zeus, we had a great time meals wonderful and hot when served. Excellant menu something for all. Staff very friendly and willing to help when needed, not hovering at the table, no pressure to enter from door staff just a welcome smile.Prices excellant. Toilets the cleanist we had seen in Argassi. Good luck for next year.

One of our favourite ones - beef kokkanisto well worth the slight wait. Only gripe I had was that it took them a really long time to want us to pay, even when there was nobody else in the restaurant, and we had to ask twice for the bill then!

don't miss this place.a very beautiful restaurant with nice sea view.excellent taste of food and service.although the prices could be a little better, i would recomend this place to everybody

Broomie   (09 June 2005)

Definitely a must-go. Compliments to the chef-excellent taste, dishes nicely put together. Service right in time. Prices are OK, nice view in the back.

one of the best places to eat in Argassi.Excellent food, very good presentation and a spectacular view of the sea at the back.the service didn't delay and the prices were reasonable

best place 2 eat in argassi i totally disagree with the others! wen we went there was 7 of us the food was spot on! the service was excellent really friendly people! they didnt drag u in off the street they jst asked nd if u sed no they didnt hastle you which we love coz theres nothing worse than being dragged somewhere nd the food being horrible! we went bak coz it had been so lovely! so if ne1 goes they have 2 try it coz id say it was one of the best apart from its location opposite a horrible loud bar!

Lisa N  (16 September 2004)

Service was very poor - took almost 20 minutes for them to realise that we were ready to order, plus a wait of almost 30 minutes to get our meal and it wasn't busy at all ! Food wasn't that nice either

Elle C  (03 August 2004)

Food not that good at all - Minimal amount of Meat - Salad not very well presented - Not very much food on the plate in general - very disapointed with it..

Clifford E  (01 August 2004)

One of the best eating places in Argassi, very clean (inlcuding loos), great food, house red very tasty as well. Excellent service and value for money. Look out for Flanders from the Simpsons (one of the waiters!).
Well worth a visit you won't be disappointed. We would recommed any of the greek specialities, the stuffed tomatoes, souvlaki and stifado dishes were all excellant.

David G  (20 July 2004)

Highly under-rated. Probably because of its location on the busier main road near the T junction and competing with the music from the bar opposite.

But well worth it. There's minimal sales patter from the nice guy at the door (his smile won my girlfriend over) - he simply invites you to view the menuboard at your leisure.

If you don't want the bustle of the main street, go through to the back with a view to the sea (although the old hut spoils it a bit) but make sure the sun is well on its way down.

Food and service was excellent - our waiter went out of his way to explain exactly what we were ordering so there was no disappointment when it was served (and there wasn't chips with everything!!)

Went there several nights and were most disappointed that they weren't open lunchtime on our last day
