Azure (Mediterranee) Hotel

Accommodation in Tsilivi

Rachael L

We had two weeks at the Mediterranee Hotel beginning 25th June and we thought it was great. We requested a high floor which we got and we were not overlooking the pool, we were in the apartments behind those looking over the pool which gave us a lovely view of the sea and surroundings, plus we were away from the noise of the road. Our maid was lovely and we had clean linen and towels every other day. If you are bed and breakfast, it gets a bit monotonous cos its basic but there are plenty of restaurants that will do you a full english for next to nothing! Overall a great holiday, not far from the beach, loads of tavernas and bars and the sun! A distant memory now.

Sandra H

Well thanks guys another great rating its good to here..  I was so worried that i was considering tryin to get another hotel... If anyone has stayed please let me know how you got on im going in august please please

Debbie S

We have just come back from our 9th visit to the Mediterranee Hotel, and that speaks for itself, the hotel is lovely, the staff are great too, especially Katerina and Ria, our room was wonderful with great views, the rooms are cleaned EVERY day and even the cleaners smile and say good morning or Kalimera !!The food at the Med grill is excellent and the service is too, we really look forward to our two weeks in Tsilivi and would recommend The Med to anyone ! infact we've booked for next June already !!

Alex D

we were given a studio room on the ground floor (room 112) my initial impression was not to good, the front door was jamming and the room was very dark but as were only here for the week we thought that we could put up with it.

i took my grandchildren to the pool whilst my wife unpacked the luggage, when i returned to the room my wife said that the room was smelling of 'drains' and water was coming up into both the bathroom and kitchen area, my wife flushed the toilet and surely there was raw sewage coming nto both the kitchen and bathroom, we decided there and then that we would have to get another room.

just then the hotel porter/maintenance man arrived and lifted the drain cover in the kitchen floor and underneath was full of human waste.

we went straight to the reception to request a change of rooms.

when we requested a change we were informed that the room was being 'sorted' and it was ok to stay there, i objected and said that i had two small children with me and there was raw sewage coming into both the kitchen and bathroom and i was not prepared to stay in that room.

i was then informed that there were no other rooms available, so i informed the girl on reception that they would have to find us alternative accomodation, then instantly we were escorted to room 811, which was absolutly fantastic.

we were given a huge room with fridge, air co, safety deposit box ( which we paid to hire) a lovely large balcony and superb sea views.

we paid an extra £15 per person per week to go half board, we were informed that evening meals were taken in the med grill and you choose from the many what you wanted to eat all we had to pay for were our drinks. so really the additional £15 was excellent value.

the kids play area really needed to be condemed as most of the play equiptment was broken and quite frankly dangerous, the pool area was small though the pool was nice but no kids area.

the staff were not the most friendly though apart from eating at the hotel we didn't have much contact with them.

breakfast was adiquate, though basic.

would we return? possibly yes though i would be more specific in my room choice. aparently as we were informed by another guest that when they booked they had been advised to request rooms in the block that the rooms started with 8**, not knowing that we were in room 811 as these rooms were the best in the hotel, certainly we had no complaints from the second room that we got but i'm sure our holiday could have been marred by the condition and allocation of our original room.

Dianne F

Our room was very tired and run down. The wardrobe door was broken but as we were only there for 1 week we decided to stay put. The room was facing the main road and I thought we would not get any sleep because of the traffic noise. How wrong I was, once the doors were closed it was fine.

The beds were clean and the linen was changed once in the week, towels twice.

Breakfast was very basic and if something ran out they were not the quickest to replace it.

However the staff around the pool...Dennis and Mandia were absolutely fabulous, they could not do enough for you. THANK YOU.

I would stay here again but hopefully in a different room.

Going back in June 2006. This will be our fourth time for my wife Penny and myself. The hotel was great the first time, liked it so much would recommend it to anyone. The owners and staff cant do enough for you, rooms are always clean and the aircon is wonderful on the hot nights. Just a great hotel, CANT WAIT.........Thanks for a wonderful time in the past!!! Graham.

David J

www.hotelmed.net will get you to their web site, all details are on there.

We went in 2004 liked it so much we went back in 2005, and would definitely go again.

Nigel T

My wife Pat and I came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen better. The hotel is well situated, clean and  the staff are fabulous. Special thanks to Georgia, Dennis and Simon who couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great time and did what we came to do, chill out and enjoy ourselves.

For some of the sceptics, I read previous submissions before coming here and was unsure of what to expect. Let me say this, there were many people staying at the hotel who have returned to Tsilivi and the Med again and again over many years, but don't surf the net. This must prove something.

We certainly will not rule out a return visit in the future. My advice, go with an open mind!!!

Thomas P

Please help me with the e-mail adress direct to hotel Mediterranee Tsilivie. I should like to booke direct to the hote. Thank you. Thomas

Linda O

booked in here for 6 nights after find the place we were originally booked was a complete tip(calliniga), The medirerranee was lovely and luxury after what we had just come from. They only charged us 30 euros a night and that was with air conditioning, the views from the balcony over the sea were breathtaking and the restaurant was great, they kept giving us free complimentary food becasue we were staying in their hotel eg desserts and coffee plus 20% off of the meals. We loved it here.

Pauline M

We stayed for 2 weeks and really liked it, the staff were nice and the food was great if we go back to tsillivi will be staying there.

Alex Y

TongueJust got back from 2 fabulous weeks in Tsilivi,   didn't want to come homeCry

We were in the main building and thanks to being at the end of a corridor we overlooked the pool and the main street, great for people watching.

The rooms are air conditioned (free of charge) and are a good size and cleaned daily with fresh linen every other day, and plenty of hot water even at 7 o'clock in the evening (I don't think I've ever had to add cold water to a shower in Greece before).

The food at the Med Grill was excellent and if you are staying at the hotel you get 10% discount, and you could get a cooked breakfast if you didn't fancy the basic continental provided.  There are also plenty of other Tavernas and bars close by so you never have to walk too far.

If you are thinking of going on any trips while you are there avoid the rep's and book independently with Cavo Grosso next to the hotel, we went around the island by boat for only 15 Euro's each.

Lauren R

Hello people who are thinking or who are definately going to be visiting Tsilivi/Mediterranee Hotel. Well i totally reccomend this place to couples who are looking for a layed back kind of holiday and to couples who are looking for some fun too.

I visited Tsilivi in August 2005 and i stayed at the mediterranee hotel and it was fantastic it is situated on the main road but that was good thing for me and my partner as we couldnt get lost when staggering home from the famous Enigma and Planet Pub oh and Deanos bar. The rooms are fab, they have a great balcony with a noce view and aircon thank god as it is boiling without it on. BEWARE that in some rooms the water from the aircon is emptying into a plastic container on the balcony so dont forget to empty it everyday, if you dont you end up with a flooded balcony (wet towels). Also the only other bad thing about the rooms was the size of the bath, it was tiny, my partner could only just sit it in it and he isnt small.

The pool and pool area is fantastic but dont skinnu dip or hotel manager chucks you out oops he he!  You are only a 2 minute walk from the beach which is great and i suggest you have a good old fry up from the sunset bar as the breakfast at the hotel isnt what i called a breakfast more like a mouthful lol!!

Overall though this place is fantastic and is the place to be for young couples and familys. Lovely place with lovely people. I liked it soooo much that i am going back next year. Have a nice holiday whom ever is thinking of going.

P.S If you go thinking that your sheets will get changed everyday then well they dont you get 1 fresh sheet a day but hey how many times do you put clean bedding on at home????

Phil R

It was a good place to stay especially for couples because when I was there thats all it seemed to be, so if you want a romantic break then this could be right up your street.

Didn't think much of the continental breakfast but you could order a full english from any of the bars which was alright.

A downside was that you had to pay 35 euros a week for a fridge and I think they should put a fridge in every room and put it within the price!! They did have free air conditioning which was good though!!!

Georgio's is the best place to eat in the area, just to right off the entrance of the hotel!!! Its packed every night!!!

Would I go again?  Yeah probobly with my girlfriend, it's not the ritz but we weren't paying the ritz prices!! Value for money - YES!!!

Arron J

it was great at the hotel . the people are dead friendly and there are lots of families for kids

Phil R

Yeah I'm going on the 1st September with my girlfriend. I've read the reviews and it seems like I've made a good choice. As long as it is hot then I'm happy. Hope to see you over there!

Alex Y

Laura,

I am going out on 1st September with my fiance.  We went to Tsilivi around the same time last year and it was fantastic.

For good food there are plenty of Tavernas, try Athena and Koukos (they have a traditional Greek Night twice a week).  If you fancy a change and crave Pizza,  Romio's is the best. There is also a really good seafood place almost opposite the hotel where they keep the fish in an ice cabinet so you can see how fresh it is when you walk by - if you like fish try the red snapper - gorgeous.   For lunch Freddy's beach bar do excellent food.

By far and away the best bar to visit is Two Brothers, Kostas and Tassos will always find you a space even if the place looks full.  They also do a mean breakfast.

Enjoy!

Pauline M

Me and my boyfriend are going on the 1st September for 2 weeks it is my first time and going by the number of postitve comments about the hotel and resort i am even more excited now so thanks everyone and maybe see some of you there!

Phil P

We are going to be staying in this hotel for 2 weeks from the 15th september 05, booked it on the net without knowing anything about the resort of hotel but after reading this site I am feeling like we have made a good choice. might see you there in september

Deanna B

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, we had a front balcony overlooking the street this was great could watch the world go by and see all that was going on. If anyone is going to stay there soon, go to the pub UTOPIA and give Destang and George our regards Buster and Deanna, the are really good lads and a hell of a laugh. The whole holiday was BRILL

Andi T

Tsilivi IS a top place to go, totaly a party place for party people up for a good time, ive never stayed at  Mediterranee Hotel but im going on 18 sep for a week, the hotel is in a great location i can say that, check out PLAZA PALLAS HOTEL in the day and night (great for partying).
ZANTE ROCKS!!!!!!

Katherin D

I've not been yet - going next year.  Their web address is www.medhotels.com - it's got great pics on it and has definately helped me decide to go to this hotel.

Happy Viewing!

Denise Holt

Ann G

we r going 12-19 june 05. we would like to know what the bedrooms r like as there is 3 adults in 1 room. we have stayed at planos bay and they had 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each is mediterranee hotel the same?

Chris M

I went last year in August and absolutely loved it!

Johnny behind the bar is a great guy, and Evi in reception is great. saying that everyone there was very nice and good to talk to, the local people are amazing and will show you how to party and where to go for nightlife, dont be scared to ask.

There are two main nightclubs, Enigma and Jumping Jacks. There are many bars all along the road and they are all as good as each other.

Planet pub, (which has a website, just search for it) deserves a mention, its one of the most lively bars and always a good laugh.

Lagana (phoanetic spelling lol) is the main clubbing area, it is a street about 1 mile long and it is packed with bars and food places. This is definately recommended!!

All in all the best holiday ever. Definately coming back.

Scott W

we are going 11 august 2005 for 2 weeks we went last year &had a fab time we are looking forward to seeing everyone at utopia&manos grill again.anyone else going same time

Elaine M

Just got back second time this year we loved it once again, Big shout out to georgie and to johnnie, hope u two are talking again, see u next year elaine, john , conor and cathal

George T

This hotel was absolutelt wonderful. We have just got back today and were exremely pleased with our choice. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were always well cleaned. Breakfast will be a disappointment if you are expecting a full English - you are actually paying for a continental breakfast, so enjoy what is on offer. It really makes me cringe when I hear Brits moaning about the linen only being changed 3 times a week, and not being given a full cooked breakfast every day. How many of you would get these things at home? Just remember, you chose this hotel because the reasonable price was all you could afford, so please stop putting on airs and graces, just because you are in a foreign country.

Steph C

Got back from Tsilivi today, and i'm already begging my parents to take me back next year. I'm 17, and have just spent a week there with my mom and brother. Its the best holiday i've ever been on, and the second time i've been to Tsilivi. Massive recommendations to Utopia over the road, George and Destern made every night a fun one making everyone feel welcome! I enjoyed this holiday so much i'm considering spending the whole of next season out there. Everyone is so friendly, and you always feel welcome wherever you go. i would reccommend tsilivi to anybody!

David J

Does anyone know the rough location of the mediterranee Hotel, using the Tsilivi resort map on this website, or know of any other map on the internet that will show the location. Thanks

Julie D

Me and my family visited the Med in 2001 and were very pleased with the accommodation overall. The pool was fantastic, a nice size and not too crowded. The rooms were a nice size and clean. Though the breakfast wasn't too good. The evening events were very good, but it was also only a short walk away from the main bars and restaurants. we took a particular liking to the Utopia bar just across the road - is this still there?? The hotel is also only a short walk away from the beach. The type of visitor to the resort overall is varied from couples, families and a few groups of young people. Would love to go back here again.

Janine A

The Hotel is very basic. The Breakfast was Diabolical, the Cleaner did keep the room clean & tidy. John who works the bar is a nice guy!
The Pool is clean and ok but no shallow end for young children. The Location is excellent, the Air conditioning did work. Hated the Bathroom. The Childrens Park area is ok few things in it are broken. Wouldn't stay here again!

PS. Bit to hell in Bed!!!!!!!

Elaine M

Lovely hotel ,friendly and helpfull staff, great pool, spotless and rooms cleaned every day. Love to Johnny and Georgie working hard at the Med Bar We had a great time here in May , returning in September but this time bringing family

Anders O

Victoria must have been alone at vacation. Do she normal stay at Hilton? Sorry Victoria, stay virgin and at home.
Me and my wife were very satisfied, and come back.

Mary-anne W

We thought this was a lovely hotel. The room was clean, and it had everything we needed. The reception staff are very friendly and speak English. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but was good enough to provide us with a bit of energy in the mornings.
The pool was great - really deep, and surrounded by loads of trees and birds. The hotel is in a great location for the beach, restaurants and shops. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lisa W

Just got back yesterday from this hotel, i have to say i was a bit worried cos of some of the things i read on here about this hotel. I dont know why, we have a great holiday. this was our first time in greece and we were warned that the accomadatoin in greece can be very basic and it was, it had every thing you needed 2 beds, a fully equipped bathroom which was always cleaned, a balcony to sit on (not as though you needed to stay in your room)and air condtioning, this came in handy as it was hot! it was a bit pricey 2 rent a fridge but in other hotels we've stayed in we havn't had the opportunity 2 rent one. The pool area was nice but its quite deep, the staff were really helpful at reception, the guy behind the bar was really friendly (dont know his name but hes from stockport. the breakfast was basic but we knew it was continental cos it said in the brocure. you could get a full english quite cheap though if you wanted it. i found the breakfast was enough but i dont usually eat brekki at home. The area was lovely, beach was nice and very clean. Would recommend, going back in september!

Victoria F

It was rubbish, thats all i can say! SORRY!

Mark B

hi my wife and i are staying at the Med. from the 22/08/04 for 2 weeks along with our 2 daughters 13( going on 27 ) and 17. who'll be there with us?

Thomas P

Mediterrranee hotel, looking forward to visit you again july 26, for 5. time. We like the staff, our room and the atmosphere, and looking forward to stay in the same room.
This is simply vacation, the kind staff in bar and reception makes it even better.
The beach perfect, restaurant exelent, and prices ok.
See you
Jytte & Thomas

Emma M

i'm going to the Mediterranee in the first two weeks in August, i've heard lots of good things about the place!im 17 and would like to know if there will be anyone else my age @ the samme time?

Sam `

just booked for the Mediterranee hotel. I have been to Tsilivi before, and was wondering about the exact location of the hotel any clues to which bars is it near? Just wondering also I am looking forward to munching at Manos Cheers!!

Rebecca V

Hi, My husband & Myself were married in July & were unable to have a honeymoon.
We want to go away in July this year to celebrate our 1st wedding aniversary and have looked at the mediterranee hotel. We have been to Scala in Kephalonia before and we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, we were wondering if Tsillivi will be as special as Kephalonia?

Sarah

Group of us stayed at the Med 1st week of October and it is a brill place to stay. We were all over the place, some in main building who said it can be very noisy, but most of us in the seperate buildings. Rooms were cleaned every day. Air conditioning was lovely to have. Never went for breakfast as never up early enough. Had hot water all the time(from 7am through till 11pm). Would def reccommend it and would prob stay here again.

Vicky

Hi me and my friend have just booked to come to this hotel in July 2004 we are both looking forward to it, as we have just returned from a two week stay in Tsilivi and had a fab time. However we didnt stay in this hotel and so we are looking for any comments that you may have... thanks x

E K

We have just returned from an excellent holiday staying in the Med. WE found it very clean, quite ( we were in the building at the back) and the staff very friendly...Kostas the bar man at night is a star, and a Doctor to boot, which came in great from a cure for midget bites. The food was great( except the breakfast same old same old) THe rooms were lovely and clean but could do with a free fridge €6 a night was very steep. overall an excellent hotel and a beautiful island . Enjoy

T S

We have just returned from a holiday at the Mediterranee Hotel and found it generally an excellent place to stay. We had no trouble with the showers, prices etc and found the rooms tidy, the air conditioning very welcome and the pool facilities just what we needed. Our only gripe would be that the noise at night can get a bit much if you are at the front and the breakfasts weren't great. Would also recommend Manos Grill down the round from the Hotel, a really nice, cheap meal.

E L

Just back from Hotel Mediterranee rooms were excellent very clean yes you did have to pay for fridge but its worth it, air conditioning excellent after a hot day on the beach. The pool area is very spacious and with a good pool. The Island is beautiful the resort has everything and not very exensive - main course 8 euro, most bottled beers 3 euro, wine 1.50 euro. Would go back !

Peter W

The hotel very clean (spot on for the cleaners)but every night the water for a shower was cold,3 nights i complained but they looked at you like you was stupid. The bar served smallest sized measures i have ever tasted. The usual trick loads of ice first then the drink.I found the hole island the same, over priced and trying to rip you off.If you just want a clean place to sleep it`s ok.Oh and don`t rent a fridge it will cost you 6 euro per night at 1.36 eruo to the £ that`s £30 for the week,i wanted to borrow it not buy it.

Mike T

the med is as good as any in tsivili, air conditioned rooms were very welcome, a bit noisy if your room is at the front, fridges can be had at a price but we just used the one that was on the landing for free, bedding was a bit spa**e but maid service was excellent, prices in the hotel were high but there are plenty of places to buy whatever you want within a few metres, breakfasts are continental type but nice enough, the pool & surrounding area is nice with plenty of sunbeds but these usually suffer from the german syndrome (towels) not much for kids and no dedicated area at the pool for them (shallowest depth 1.2 metres) basically a decent place but nothing to make it stand out from the rest

Kerry H

WE ARE GOING TO THESE APARTMENTS IN OCTOBER WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THEN WE LOVE GREECE BUT THIS WILL BE OUR FIRST TIME GOING THIS TIME OF YEAR COULD YOU PLEASE TELL US WHAT THE WEATHER IS LIKE AND ALSO THE HOTEL AND WHAT THAT IS THAT LIKE AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO GET THERE

Kevin M

We are 2 families going to Mediterranee 1st 2 weeks August. 4 of us in our forties. 2 19 yr olds and 2 16 yr olds. We like to have a good time Whos going to be with us??

John S

COULD ANYONE ADVISE ME ON THE PRICE OF FOOD/DRINK IN TSILIVI??
I will be spending a fortnight at the hotel mediterranne at the start of August!! Thanx.

Debbie T

Just returned from 2 weeks staying at the Mediterranee - thank goodness for the air conditioning as the heat has been excessive for this time of year! Nice friendly hotel - however we had a room on the front of the main block and it could get a little noisy early morning and late evening - otherwise no complaints at all.

You can hire a fridge for approx 3 euros a day & safe deposit box for 10euros per week.

Check out the hotel dog - Rocky!

Jodie P

Is the air conditioning good in the rooms?

Edel A

I will be staying in Mediterranee Hotel in August 2003 and would like to know if there is a fridge in the room or if we can hire one when we get there

Dragan N

Please, I will go in Mediterranee hotel in july. I need information do you have fridge in the rooms. I couldn't found that information in my travel agency and web. Thanks

Rob M

it was generally a lovely ... lovely place to stay

Thomas B

We are now going to this exelent hotel for 4. time. We just love the hotel, their breakfast, the rooms, balcony everything.
We should like to stay for the hole summer. Looking forward to visit Mediteranee again this summer, looking forward to the vacation,
See you.
Thomas

Simon G

I have stayed at the Med for the last few years, and not just for a week or two, I've spent months there! I can assure anybody staying there a grand time. If you have special requests speak to Katerina by ohoning 0030695026101 or fax on 003069545464, She and Stefanos the owner will always accomodate wherevever possible.
the breakfast is your standard continental, however for only a little bit more you can have a FULL english brekkie with real bacon etc, they actually do the largest in resort. As for bars, you'd be mad not to check out the Med bar on your way in and out then go see yannis in utopia, ozzy in ozzys bar, just take it from there guys, i assure you you're in for a great time, enjoy!

Maureen B

I have just booked for the 11th May 2003 with my husband and would like to know if there is any problems with the hotel and where are the best bars for our age group between 35 and 47 years.
Also are the germans a nuisance

Lynne W

I am going to be staying at this hotel next year, just booked up and Im wanting to know where the best pubs and clubs to go are, been to Zante before but not this resort.

Jenny S

I stayed at the end of august '02 and i thought it was great!! The pool area was always sunny and neva 2 crowded!!! The breakfats was a bit dissappointing but i was neva up then hardly so it didnt matter!!! I neva noticed any noise cos i didnt get in till after 12 nearly every nite!! It is close enough 2 all the bars and enigma is aronu 5 mins walk and is the best place for drinks and a friendly atmosphere!! The room was basic but was always cleaned and was suitable for a relaxing day and a partying nite!!!

Thomas V

I stayed there with my girlfriend from 7th until 14th August and we both liked it very much! The hotel is well located just at the end of Tsivili. Many restaurants (taverns) and also little supermarkets are only a few steps from the hotel. The room was ok (maybe could have been a little bit cleaner), also the breakfast, but the pool was really perfect (not too small and very well situated that you have sun all around the day). The staff, especially at the pool bar, was very friendly (by the way many greetings to the guy who is living in my hometown Vienna during winter, I unfortunately don't know his name!).

Amy B

All in all a good hotel in a very good location in the resort of Tsilivi. But do bear in mind, its not going to be five star luxury. The rooms are basic, as is breakfast, but its all you need really. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One word of caution though, they use glass glasses by the pool and if people don't clear up properly you'll get a cut foot! - like we did. Don't rely on your tour rep (esp if its JMC) to tell you all about the facilities on offer either - ask the hotel directly.

Cheryl B

HI, My sister and I are in our early 20's and planning to go to Tsvilivi in early October. We don't want a massive clubbing holiday but would like to meet people our age and be able to go out to bars in the evenings. Will we bored silly at this time or year? Should we go to Laganas instead??

Chris B

My wife and I stayed at this Hotel for 2 weeks from the 6th June 2002, this was our first holiday anywhere in Greece, we were slightly apprehensive , especially after reading some of the comments previously posted on this site.We normally have our holidays in Florida, and would describe ourselves as being fairly discerning. In all honesty we would have to say that this was probably the best holiday we have had in years, the hotel was kept very clean and the maid kept our room spotless, the reception staff were very helpful, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, all the bar staff were excellent, a hello and thanks to Simon,Alex, Vicky, Louise,Appo and not forgetting the gopher AKA Andy all the above helped to make our holiday a good one.If I had to make one criticism it would be that the music by the pool was to loud and repetative especially when VH-1 was being played through the system,we got really fed up listening to mortgage and loan adverts, a minor point maybe, but one that perhaps Simon could address. All in all we have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay at this Hotel you will have a great time. Hope to go back in September 2002

Simon G

We have many bars and taverna's close by including a brand new pool bar. The rooms have also been refurbished. Your in for a treat! We all look forward to seeing you please don't hesitate to contact us.

Erin M

The location was lovely. The beach was just down the hill from the hotel. Had a lovely view from the room I stayed in. The staff were very friendly and I realy enjoyed the holiday. Not the place to go if you don't like dogs!

Gemma

I liked this hotel, the staff were friendly especially Simon behind the bar. The lounge was great..massive tv and they sometimes showed great films. I got back yesterday and I miss it already. The rooms weren't the best..I hated them while I was there, but whe we left I realized how much I'm gonna miss them. The place was pretty calm at end of season, although they started packing stuff away early. But if u get a tv in your room..I like it! Close to bars, supermarkets and the beach. But when we went there were 2 cute little kittens there and some dogs..they're all peaceful little things, not harmful..friendly..but if you have kids that are afraid of animals better not go..cos this palce has ALOT. I loved it though, I really want to go again, Germans or Danish as some of them were..or not.

Stayed 1 week end July 01. Basic room but spacious and maid cleaned everyday. 3* by Greek standards lookin a little tired. Reasonably quiet, plenty of supermarkets close at hand. Not far to walk for main part of resort. Wouldn't go again - not enough to do. Nice for a relaxing break.
