Will everyone leave Angelo alone, he's great and he so doesnt hassle you at all, he's just really friendly.

Why is evryone so mean about him?Confused

Leave him alone!!!

Niall   (05 August 2005)

It was nice restaurant and the food wasnt expensive but Angelo really got on my nerves. Went there on our first week and every night after that he hassled us to come in. They would do a whole lot better if he just left people alone.

Carleh B  (29 July 2005)

I went to Big plate on our first night in Argassi and loved it, my friends were not that keen on it so we didnt go back, but the Spagetti Bolognese was the best. But the best thing by far was ANGELO, he is the man that stands at the front with the ponytail, he was so sweet and friendly to us, even though we only went in there once he would always stop and chat to us.

Ohh, also have the Baclavas, it is the best dessert in the world!!!

Also if you go to a bar called the Factory Angelo will be in there, we had a drink with him there and he is lovely. Miss you Angelo!!Wink

I miss Argassi so much, i wanna go back!Clap

Rachel G  (27 July 2005)

Awww i can't believe that last comment the guy who owned it (Angello) was lovley and the food in there was great! We went out for a drink with Angello and he was cool about the fact we only ate in his place once. The food is nice here and the range of food is good to.

Sophie B  (25 July 2005)

Never went in because the guy who owned it (the big one with the pony tail and goatee) pestered so much whenever you walked past. Got really offended with my friend and I when we walked past to meet friends in another restaurant and on seeing him the next night at the Factory he demanded to know where our friends were when he saw us walking past later in the evening. He got really funny with me and called me a liar. Found him over bearing and rude, kept saying his was the best restaurant in Greece and that all the others used microwavable food. Definitly go to Papillion, that's the nicest restaurant in Argassi, they don't need people outside pulling you in as they don't need to.

Just found the man incredibly rude.

Neil T  (17 July 2005)

Angelo was a genuine friendly man (he will never forget me as I was the one who asked for recipes for nearly all I ate............and was given them with no problems aqt all) staff were all amazing too. Were in Arassi for 14 nights ate here for 13. Beef Stifado is out of this world and so were the many other traditional and English dishes we tried. Great for steaks too never seen a T-bone as big in all my life cooked to absolute perfection. if there is one thing you do while in Argasi eat here..

Laura P  (08 July 2005)

Fabulous fabulous fabulous

The food was consistantly of a very high quality and as for Angelo and the rest of the team - what can I, say other than that they were all pure class!!

Hayley P  (03 July 2005)

Well what can i say this must be one of the best resturants in argassi, Angelo the resturant manager looked after us, the first time we went there my boyfriend was contemplating on which meal to have, the waiter said "do you like lamb" my fella said "yes" the waiter said "leave it to me if you don't like it i will change the dish free of charge". It turned out to be one of the best meals, it  was beautiful it was called "country Lamb" We would recommend,  you try it! It was beautiful baked in the oven with feta cheese, peppers, onion, potatoes and tomotoes, the lamb was so tender. That night was very busy so they were bringing out free garlic bread for all tables that were waiting for the meals which went down very well, it was well  worth the wait.

We ate here several times whilst in Agassi. Food superb. The beef souvlaki was the best we tasted and we returned to indulge in it once again on our last evening. We had our 17 month old son with us and the staff were always great with him. I am really suprised that there has been any bad reports about here.

Kristian B  (27 June 2005)

the food was shocking i would never ever eat there in a million years the veg was out a tin and what ever you have comes with chips.this is the worst place i have ever eaten in my and i am73 years of age.

Mathew T  (23 June 2005)

What can I say? Awesome meal! Had the potato skins as starters and were definately the best I've tasted adn came in a real tasty cream. Swordfish a cracking main meal too. The guy at the front of the restaurant is very professional and polite. This restaurant is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

Adam L  (23 June 2005)

The guy at the front of the restaurant told us that we would have the best meal on the island, which of course we thought was usual sales banter.  He was right!  The swordfish souvlaki was awesome.  Fantastic restaurant, friendly staff, great food.  9/10

Very frindly waiters, good Greek food at a reasonable price. We didn't feel at all rushed and felt we could have sat at our table all night.

Anneka T  (07 August 2001)

If you like sexy waiters then this is the place to go! The foods good and at a good price but the waiters are the best! If any ones goes there then say hi to Dimitrius and Costas for us! You will know what I mean when you see them!
