sue and angulos made us feel like we were really welcome unlike the hotel opposite the eillessa beach, they were so friendly you felt like you were leaving old friends when we left to come home on our last night.

By far the most welcoming place in Argassi. After a couple of days, Sue and Angulos make you feel as if you've each other for years. They're always happy to talk to you and pass on their knowledge of the island. This is THE place to go if you want an honest fry up; Bacon that is genuinely fit for a king. I can taste it now! If only they were all as good as this back in the UK. If you're really hungry, go for the golliath! The cod and chips would shame most seaside chippies; mushy peas as well, I might add! The music policy seems to be: 'Unobtrusive, no drum and bass, techno or hard rock', and encompasses all favourites from the past four decades. They've got loads of tracks and are only happy to do requests. There is a great atmosphere that is enjoyed by absolutely everyone. To conclude: great people place, food and music.

This bar is brilliant especially if you are Welsh, they make you feel very welcome. Angless will probably know more welsh than the average South Wales Person. You must have a cooked breakfast there it is the best place in Argassi to have one (we only relised on the last day). Best place to go for a warm welcome, Highly Recommended.

This is THE place for the cooked breakfast, even if you wanted slightly odd changes like us! Sue - always friendly, always patient - how DOES she put up with us! Recommended for everybody.

The Meeting Place is a very nice place to visit in Argassi. Sue, Angellos and Christos are always in a good mood, very nice, smile a lot and talk whith all the guests. The atmosphere is in top. Thank you for a good holiday. Hello from Denmark. Remember the videokamera?

Sue,Angelo & Christos always greeted us like old friends, we went ther several evenings until the early hours (do they ever close?).They also offer "Snack bar" menu which we tried one evening for a change and it was very good. Sue will even do you a takeaway if you're not too late in asking.

Angello, Sue and Cristos really make you welcome, we have been visiting for 4 years running, their greet you like old friends. Food good, drink in abundance great crack - what more can you want. Don't close until the last person is out - great place to be. Still missing Spiros though!!

The Meeting Place is tops, We spent most of our two week Honeymoon in there. Food is great, prices are great and the staff are great. if you want a quiet relaxed more traditional atmosphere where the music is audible but you can still chat then ths is the place for you. Sue, Agellos and Christos treat you more like family than customers, you can't ask for a better place to chill out after a day at the beach. We would highly recommend the Meeting Place... and if you go in Tell Sue the Mad Americans sent you... caters for all ages...not much in the way of hunks, mostly couples and families.
