Restaurants in Laganas

Siobhan P  (23 October 2002)

We has breakfast here and it was good value. The service was good, apart from when you wanted the bill, that took ages. The food was good quality and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only problem was this place seemed to have a large amount of flies which were very annoying when you were eating. Siobhan and Carrie.

Nick H  (18 October 2002)

best place in laganas food was great i went everyday and i had sausage egg chips and beans and then a scone(best scones i have ever had) see you all next year Nick

Sarah W  (09 October 2002)

Ok food but it came too quick you more or less sat down, ordered and it was there. Loads a flies were buzzing about whilst we ate they need some repellant on the tables to keep them away. food cheap though

Karen W  (18 September 2002)

If you're looking for something typically English, you've got to try here! Shepherd's Pie was excellent as was the Full English. Not the most impressive setting, but great for good, cheap English food!

Toni C  (15 September 2002)

ate english brek here once and only once never again. the whole thing swam in oil/grease fried bread was like a sponge for olive oil, mushrooms were well..........yuck. i know we shouldnt go on holiday expecting decent english food like we got at home but please robin hood dont try to sell english food if ya cant provide it. as for service the waitress was ok but seems that they have had enough of the season if ya go late and really didnt give a s**t about anything.....even us wh opay there wages.

Chris B  (02 September 2002)

brill brekky staff excellent food was better than some of the so called restaraunts

Keith W  (01 September 2002)

if you expect waitresses who speak - don't go the robin hood's! from going in, ordering our breakfasts, paying the bill and leaving the place, i am sure i heard her a**e speak more than her mouth! by the look on her face, we got the feeling that we were not wanted. if robin hood reads this - try employing staff who understand the meaning of customer service!!!

Nick T  (24 July 2002)

Excellent food from Robin hood, Half roast chicken + chips, followed by double choc gateaux with ice cream, squirty cream and poury cream :) I will be there for more on the 28th August !

London G  (17 August 2001)

Look out for Lee Evans the waiter!

London G  (17 August 2001)

If you want some good english tucker then heres the place to go. very tasty grub and so nice to actually know what you are eating!!

Bridget J  (22 July 2001)

We only visited this place 3 times, and each time we were delighted by the food. Try the Cheese and Onion Quiche with chips and salad - mmmmm ... lush! We were probably more impressed because it was the middle of our second week and we were a bit home sick and hankering after some 'normal' food. Thoroughly enjoyed every meal here - no complaints at all.

Alan C  (13 July 2001)

Thought Robin Hood was supposed to be a good guy in the old days obvisiouly times change glad i avoided the place not pinching nothing of me. scouse FRIAR TUCK....riding through the Glen.

Jackie H  (11 July 2001)

Staff were not friendly, and the food was quite expensive for what you got. Had a full English there after reading this site and can only say, if you want good old English food, you can't beat Paul's at Last. Its opposite the Victoria Hotel at the top end of the street. Best value meals we had. Great service by Nigel, and the home made crumble is to die for.

Claire G  (06 July 2001)

Sorry, but I agree with Pam Sommerville (9 June 2001). From what everyone else has said here, I think I'll steer well clear of the place - sounds like a dump and last thing I'd want to do on holiday is eat sausages, chips and beans! Why bother going on holiday at all? Get a life!

Toni D  (05 June 2001)

one of the workers is well gorge

Filthyenglish   (28 April 2001)

The best caff in Laganas, bar none! Real British food cooked and served by British staff. Can't beat it!

Laura B  (14 April 2001)

the staff were so ignorant and had a bad attitude towards scousers inparticular

Lynne T  (25 February 2001)

Michael wraps the knives and forks! Are they not polished and clean? Doesn't he deserve a tip for the good service?

Lynne T  (25 February 2001)

Yvonne O  (10 January 2001)

MICHAEL!!!!!!!!!! We loved The robin Hood, it was the best place for food in Laganas, just like being at home! the sausuage, chips, beans and chips were bloody marvelous and the staff were great!!!!! Nothing could beat it, they even had Heinz Tomato Ketchup!not the cheap greek stuff! It wasnt expensive either! i was dissapointed you wernt open on our last night though, WHY?

Claire P  (08 January 2001)

We recommend sausage chips beans and CHEESE coz its gorgeous, to be honest anything you eat there is gorgeous. I ate there everyday for a whole week except for the last night because the place was closed without explanation but the good food made up for that. A must have with your meal is a bottle of water. The food isnt at all expensive and the service is great especially if Michael is your waiter. if you're lucky he'll spin the bottle and the glasses around for you a couple of times. (he's only jelous that he cant do it as well as Tyson!)
