Visited this bar some 12 yrs ago when it first opened, it was run by Dimitr and dimos dennis. Comming back in two weeks time. We visited two yrs running and they remebered us, even cam eto say by at the airport. Hope they still run the bar, would be great to see them again.

Just a quick hello to all the staff at Tropicana Cocktail Bar, had a great time in Zakynthos and if it wasn't for this bar, there'd be no good places to go! Will definately be coming back this year so have a wicked time, keep up the awesome cocktails and hope to see you all again soon!

i absolutely loved it here it was situated rite next door to my hotel(admirals)the guy who trys to get u in is very dashing and not to persistant the food and service is brilliant the films are regulary up to date and the bar free shots cant complain!!!

quick note to anyone visiting zante this summer...visit the tropicana bar!!its an amazing place with brilliant banter and the staff are cool...(like me last year!ha) look out for kevlar on the karaoke.....very amusing. another thing...if u manage to walk out ov this place sobber and without having a gudtime...get in touch with me..sumits wrong!

hi jen b here again - just wanted to add that my last entry was a joke! kevin is my best friend and i wrote it to annoy him! tropicana bar is actually very good - i certainly got s**t faced most nights so drinks were full strength i can assure you! food is gorgeous in the restaurant and the enteratainment is amusing - watch out for kev scrapping his knees on the floor during the kareoke - he gets a bit carried away! all have a fab time.

Went to Argassi 2000 and it was entertaining - but a lot of the gang aren't there since I went, so sure it's not the same....... 'kevlar' was there, but seen as he's a 'friend' I know him as KEVIN and nothing else!!! Have a fab time and watch the watered down drinks!!!! XX

Clair R the tropicana is a chill out bar, Its meant to be for people to relax in its beautiful outdoor surroundings thats why its not lively but there is entertainment every night films in our cinema, Quiz nights, karaoke nights, the list goes on. To all our guests last year if you come back this year and bring a photo of yourself in our bar you will get your first drink free on me. not sure if you will remember us, Wil and Deb, we were in your bar every day for two weeks during the world cup, we would sit at the bar and order two amstels, often drinking you dry. hope you are all well espically kev, ben, matt and arron. we both hope to get back to zante again sometime, so we may met again

i visited the tropicana cocktail in july and it was the best experience of my life, the barmen were especially creative in thier drinks. ben's (champion barman 2002)cocktails sent me to heaven and back!!!! the entertainment was exceptional, but i just enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the barmen strut thier stuff!! be ther next year!!!1

Food is great, cocktails numerous but the quality of the film in the cinema was virtually unwatchable!

if you walk up the road the factorys on towards the beer academy and keep going up towards the top of the road towards the admirals, the captains and the commodore, Tropicana is on the left before them!!!

Absolutely fantastic . Loved it , by far the best food we had on holiday (we tried most the restaurants up and down the hill) . Top food , Top cocktails , Top 20% off / free wine or cocktails , Top people.

Fantastic place for Families & Couples, Great Location for Safety of Young and stuff to keep everyone happy. Food & Cocktails superb! It's worth the walk up the hill.

We really enjoyed the tropicana we ate there nearly every night we was there. Excellent food and the people who worked there was really friendly.

Great bar. We slaughtered everyone in the music quiz (Well, won by 2 points I think) and managed to drink our way through the prize 30 quid cocktail. Add to that the MC doing his superb James Brown impression it was a great night out marred only by one of the bar staff tapping me and shoulder and telling me, 'Sorry to interrupt you sir but I think your girlfriend is being sick over our fence.' The cocktail was slightly too much for her I fear. Will be back next year.

HELLO!!!! I was working summer 2001 in good old argassi with my boyfriend Chris 'The sexy Barman' at this place of course! I worked with Liz at Papillon (gorgeous restaurant!!!). Just wanted to say that the place was fantastic, Dez - hurry up and get to Bradford so we can come for a curry!! this bar is the best, there are quiz nights 5 times a week, with a 60's 70's 80's music night on thursday & karaoke (the best) on sunday. the waiter service is excellent(hello chris) cocktails are of the best quality & strong made by dez who is by far the best barman in argassi. but best of all is the entertainment provided by kevin (kevlar) who keeps you entertained from dancing behind the bar to his amazing james brown act. with this combination we didnt go anywhere else for 2 weeks. see you next august. we will be back. debbie & kate xx

WOW, I loved this bar!! Kevin was the best bar man there, and he was sooo sweet, Chris was really sexy and a good laugh, he got to know our drinks very soon, Aaron left before we could say bye, Spencer and Dezzy boy we great behind the bar as well! They make some of the best cocktails around, sex on the beach was a fun one!! Hi to Andres as well, the manager, (can i have a job for next year please?) Everyone should go to this bar, the quiz's are fun too!!!

This bar was great. U could enter quizes and win a case of beer! there were films not even realesed in the uk that u could watch. There are 100's of coctails to choose from. Across from the bar is a reasturant with great food. The staff are exellent. There Is a VERY SEXY waiter in the reasturant called SPENCER. There is also a really nice waitress in the bar called CATHY say Hi to her for me!!

We liked it here, nice food very frindly with plenty to do at the nearby cocktail bar.

Good food - especially the seafood tagliatelle. Very friendly staff with free wine and a sambouka shot with your bill! A good all round centre with a childrens entertainer, cinema and the cocktail bar all in one place

Best place in Argassi - good atmosphere, good entertainment, lovely staff. This was our favourite restaurant in Argassi. The service was great and the waiters friendly. The food was really nice, not to mention the free wine! Highly recommended.

We always visit this bar, it is good for music, entertainment, friendly staff and have had a new cinema open this year. Go there and ask for Dezzie boy - he is the best cocktail maker there - apart from been my boyfriends cousin. We love it and have just had our holiday there for the 4th year running.
