Hi Tony, i have been to Alikanas many times and can't recall a cash machine in this resort, but a short walk brings you to Alykes, where there is a cash machine, (well there was last time i went!). Dragonikos apartments are great, we have booked to return in June 06.

Yet again Vasslilis went out of his way to please us, he has a wicked, dry sense of humour, he loves a banter, has more than a little wit, and is a very nice guy!

Excellent food and excellent service in this family run taverna. We have many happy memories of many happy evenings spent at the Vriasaki, the waiters Antonio and Angelo, are brilliant, they are such fun and always make time for you.

Just returned from our 2nd stay at Draganikos apartments. The apartments are still kept very clean with regular change of towels and bed linen and the gardens are still wonderful. These apartments are still typically Greek with basic equipment, remember to take a travel kettle! The apartments are in an ideal location with the beach being a very short walk away, just down the end of the road. We used theValais pool (across the road) regularly and found it quiet, the staff were friendly and there was no mad rush for sunbeds.

 Yet again, terrific service, and delicious food in our favourite restaurant. The whole family went out of their way to please us, and made us very welcome. Antonio is a star, the best, we love his stories! This restaurant is so much nicer than all the other big restaurants on the busy main road, it is quiet, typically Greek and has a certain ambiance which all go to make a lovely night out. Try this restaurant you will not be disappointed!

I have been to Alykes many times and am yet to find a bar as good as this. It is friendly and family run, with a certain ambience, offering a wide selection of snacks, the crepes being the best on the island. The draught Mythos served in chilled glasses is superb, as are the free shots Vassilis readily pours at night. Vassilis is simply the best, he has quick thinking humour, wit and sarcasm, and loves a banter. Give this bar a try you wont be disappointed, it makes a refreshing change from all the English themed bars in the resort.

Hi Hannah, you are welcome to the pic, dont be too upset Romeo has lots of girlfriends all summer, and has done for all the years we have known him. My daughter is in love with his mate Harry who works at La Caretta, shes seen him every year for the past 4 or 5 years, 2 or 3 times a year, and she always comes home heart broken, especially when she reads all the comments other girls leave about him.
