We dined here most nights and found the staff very helpful, and brillant with the kids. Food was also brillant with a large selection to choose from. If we go back in future we will most certainly be eating here.

The Service here is terrible. We had trouble ordering our meal with the waiter reluctant, or not seeming bothered to take our order. When we ordered he didn't have a clue what I was talking about and walked away as I was trying to explain. He subsequently brought the wrong type of fish which, was disgusting. The only good thing about this place is the PR bloke, who is a right laugh, who even admitted that the food was gard.
