Not sure what Jo Snow means by being too far from the beach. This hotel is practically on the beach!! It is in a suitably quiet area but it is only a 2 minute walk to the main strip where all the bars and clubs are. The rooms are basic but clean and most have sea view (although, we were on ground floor and so could only see the sea through the restaurant on the beach!) We had young children next to us for the second week and were constantly annoyed by the doors slamming. Can get a bit noisy that way but apart from that, it is quiet at night. Pool is small but nice. However, I would imagine that it would get extremely busy in peak season.

Message in response to Chris Mcclenaghan: Argassi is not really within walking distance of Laganas. We walked back from Zakynthos town one day which was about 10k. Argassi would be another 4k on top of that I would think. Are you going there for the nightlife?
