our family of 2 adults/1 child (11) have just returned from zante. overall had a great holiday but there were a few snags along the way.
first room (202) just over the top of the main bar is an appauling place if you want some peace and quiet,you have to put up with the sound of the big tv(very loud) and then just as you are about to go to bed at 2am ,when you think things will be quiet then the karoake starts.husband slept on the balcony for 4 nights as the room is like a sauna, even with a fan!!
the people in the supermarket next door are brilliant,realy friendly and very helpfull.
Emma the airtour rep is as useless as can be, she should be sacked.complaint going into airtours.

flights both way were brilliant, the airport at kalamaki is something to be desired.
emma the airtour rep was very poor, dont think she smiled once.not helpfull at all.
go back to your last job love as you dont give the company a good image!!
