Hi Wullie

We were at Admirals last October and going back on the 1st May. The apartments were kept spotless and you could hire fans or pay for air conditioning. We have an 8 year old son so the kids club was handy on days when we wanted to stay around the pool. There's a poolside bar/cafe so you don't even have to leave for somthing to eat.  Eating out in Tsilivi isn't expensive and the food is spot on! Take your daughter to Popeyes, shell love it (so will  you).
The staff at the Admirals are all really friendly and great with kids. I'm sure you'll have afantastic time. See you all there!
George it was great seeing you in March.  Have a good journey over. See you in May. xx

Hi

You can book a room for a late check out 24 hours before you are due to leave. It will cost you 35euro.

You can use the launderette down at Planos Bay. It costs 6euro to do a wash/dry. The Admirals, Planos Appartments and Planos Bay are sister hotels so you can use the facilities in all 3 ie the pool, entertainment, bar, food etc.

There's plenty of supermarkets throughout the resort and a shop underneath the Admirals and next to Planos Bay so you don't have to go far if you run out of water or fancy a biscuit with ya cuppa.

One thing for sure is that you will have the best time ever at the Admirals!

Enjoy yourselves!

Hi Annamarie

You'll have no problem with finding food etc for your little boy.  There are supermarkets all over the resort and most are open till late.  We haven't got a baby but we will have next year so we took note of what was avilable!  You can get your usual baby foods - Cow & Gate etc and nappies - Pampers (you will recognise the brand labels just remember the writing is in Greek!).  You can more or less get anything that you would buy in the UK.  All restaraunts are child friendly, they genuninely adore children.  It's not like over here where a trantrum can set off tut-tuts and dirty looks!!

Hope you have a great time.

Russ,

You haven't quite got the knack of sarcasm have you?  Or spelling.

Why are there so many complaints from people about the kids club?  Ok, it's nice to get them off your hands for a couple of hours so you can laze by the pool but come on! You're on a family holiday with your family so do family things!  George, Michael and the gang are fantastic with kids and never get bored of entertaining them (good job it seems in some cases 'cause some of you complainers don't sound like you can be bothered).  If you don't want to hire a car, fair enough but the reps do a good job organising trips - the water park is excellent.

I would recommend the Admirals. We've been twice now and had two brilliant holidays!

Hi Angela

The airport can be a bit of a nightmare although the time to the resort is only about 20 minutes.

Hi

We've been to the Admirals twice now with our 9 yr old son and both times have been fantastic. The room are cleaned daily with fresh towels/bedding every other day. The reception staff are freindly, the reps are great and the entertainment staff are superb (Hi, George, John and the gang!). Yes it can get noisy but hey it's full of families. The pool is kept clean and the food at the poolside bar is wicked (Nikos the chef looks a bit scary but give him a smile and he softens up!!). You'll have a great time I'm sure. There's family entertainment in the evenings - Kareoke/bingo/quiz/disco and kids clubs through the day.
Have a great holiday.

Go to www.bbc.co.uk/weather and put in Zante. The weather is going to be fabulous.

Hi George will e-mail soon with pics of our bowling alley! Dean's coming to see you in September.

Reece

You crack me up.  You are obviously obsessed with the Admirals and this website. You are consistent, I'll give you that but why oh why if you prefer a week with the red coats do you keep airing your views about this particular hotel? I totally agree that everyone should have their opinion and i don't understand why your first comment was erased but surely your weekly (sometimes daily) repetoir must be starting to bore even you.  I have visited the Admirals twice with my family and both times have been comfortable, fun and all in all a decent family package holiday which is what we paid for and expected.  We are now personal friends of the entertainment staff but I still feel I needn't be false with my opinions. Some nights were great, other nights we went elsewhere. You can't please all the people all of the time and most people accept that.
I can't be bothered to insert a million emoticons but if i did they would be happy, smiley and clapping.
Reece, enjoy your time at Butlins. Have you heard they are doing 'time share' now? You could go and stay in your own appartment every year for the next 30 years! Bliss!

Take care. Hello to everyone going to Admirals this year.
Love Vanessa xxx

Hi Margaret

I'm not sure how much it is to get to Laganas. I think it was maybe about 12 Euro by taxi but if you ask at the hotel reception they will tell you and book your taxi for you. There is also a bus service but again you will have to check the times. Remember if you go anywhere (especially Zante town) that they have a siesta from about 2.30 - 6ish.

Have a great holiday.
