Mavrias Village Apartments - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

Anna S

I got married in Tsilivi, Zante in June this year and was accompanied by 23 guests.  I think everyone who went would agree with me that it was one of the best holidays that we had ever experienced.  The resort was great, loads of great bars and restaurants, all full of atmosphere and offering great service.  There was great watersports at the beach and we enjoyed some lovely excursions around the island. Even better, was our choice to stay at the Mavrias Village.  We were all made so welcome and the staff were incredibly accomodating in their service, especially Freddie who we all just wanted to take home with us.

In fact, we felt so happy and comfortable around Mavrias, that we decided to hold the wedding ceremony and the celebration there.  And what a great choice, Babis and his staff did us so proud.  They decorated the gardens beautifully for the occasion and surprised us with many romantic touches.  The whole occasion was completely stress free and everyone agreed that it was the most beautiful and romantic wedding that they had ever attended.  I couldn't image why anyone would want to stay in England to marry after that.

Out of all the guests, my new hubby and myself, there was not one of us who didn't fully enjoy our stay.  We all agree that we would definitely revisit the resort of Tsilivi, and especially if we get to stay at the Mavrias.  Thanks to everyone there who helped to create the most happiest memories for me.

St Denis Apartments - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

I loved Tsilivi.  It was the most wonderful place to spend our wedding and honey moon. Nevertheless, I have to say that although the apartments at St Dennis were very nice and extremely clean, I have to admit the service at the pool was poor.  Out of all the bars and restaurants that there are in Tsilivi, and there are so many to choose from, with excellent service, I found the service at St Dennis the least accomodating.  The staff were just not interested in going out of their way for you, and had a poor attitude that ' if people don't like it, they can lump it.'  Therefore, I wasn't surprised when they complained that their daily takings were not too good on some days.

Yes without a doubt, I would go back to Tsilivi, but I wouldn't stay at St Denis again.  Next time, I will stay at The Mavrias Village, where my husband and I decided to have our wedding and where all of our 23 guests stayed.  They were far more welcoming, couldn't do enough to make you happy and were full of fun.
