We are going to Tsilivi late May and would like to know what's the best way to explore the Island. Is car/bike hire readily available?. Also, does anyone know anything about the Alexandra Beach Hotel where we'll be staying? Chris & Kim.

How much is a typical meal in Tsilvi/Zante Town and are drinks expensive? Can anybody help? Kim & Chris.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay - it was great. Spotless clean, excellent location - we've booked up again for a fortnight next year!!

We visited a couple of times during our stay this May. Food was excellent quality and the portions were the largest we had on the Island. Skip lunch if your going for an evening meal! We recommend the Contessina Special Pizza - one is more than enough for 2 people.

Visited Manos several times during our 2 week stay June 2001. Food quality is excellent - always very busy - be prepared to queue at times. Best eat before 7.30 or after 10.00pm to avoid the rush but it's worth the wait.
