This time last year i visited this site to see what the garden palace was like,i was shocked at the bad comments but thought id give them the benefit of the doubt !!

When we arrived the staff were very friendly but once they realised we wouldnt be havin breakfast,dinner and tea there we were made to feel like outsiders.

The room was only cleaned once in the week we were there,had to ask for the sheets and towels to be changed as it was getting on for the third day and no sign of the maid!

 

I should have acted on the comments when i read them,then i wouldnt be feeling like ive wasted £320,its only £35 to ammend your booking,which i seriously recommend.

 

The holiday makers were all nice and friendly and we made many friends but you get that in any other hiotel.............
