The reception staff are unfriendly and challenge anyone who comes into the hotel, they also try to rip you out of the 50 euro deposit you have to leave on arrival, we lost ours for my friend being thrown in the pool after hours (hardly her fault!!) some people also got charged upto 25 euros for having dirty hotel towels! We were on the bottom floor, rooms were mouldy, dirty and smelt like a sewer when you opened the doors we did complain about this but it just got over looked.

The hotel pool was however lovely and location was brilliant, right in the centre of the main strip but not actually too lively.

The reps were fab and i would advise going on the trips with them as there isnt much to do during the day and they will keep you entertained. Jake and Jade from the fantasy are cool as owt but Fitzy is the real party starter.
