Strofades Hotel - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

Excellent hotel and staff. It was a wonderful place about 100m from the beach and as much you could eat breakfasts. Enjoyed the Greek night's on Wednesdays with alot of dancing, eating and drinking. The barbecue was excellent value. The hotel is also about 1/2km to the main Tsivili centre with bars, restaurants and shops.

Camelot - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Steve L  (25 August 2006)

Appreciate other good comments on this restaurant, but it must have been a bad day at Camelot when we visited. The meat pie was a slab which had obviously been microwaved. The veg was frozen. OK for a quick sit down meal. There are far better restaurants in Tsilivi than Camelot.

Demaras - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

This taverna was a little out of the way but well worth the visit. We stayed at Strofades and so it was about 0.5km walk. Sadly we found it on our penultimate night and visited it again on our last night. The barbecued food was superb! It was cooked on large open grills. The local wine served here was also excellent. Never tried chilled red wine before,  but it's a must. The food was first rate and the costs were cheaper than in town. For us it was the top restaurant, although Romios and Sweet Revenge come joint second. We also noticed that the locals (may be Greeks on holiday) used this taverna as well. Always a good sign!

Romios - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Steve L

Probably one of the best restaurants in town. I had Mousaka which was served piping hot in a pot. Nothing appeared to have been frozen. I had read entries on this restaurant prior to my trip, so made a point of visiting Romios. I was not disappointed. A little more pricey but well worth it in my view.

Majestic - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Good food and enjoyed the meal as a family. The service was a little slow as it did appear that more time was spent getting people in to the restaurant than waiting on us. However, the ice cream parlour and coffee bar to the side was definitely the best in Tsilivi. The best expresso I have had (including Italy)! Overall good value for your money.
