Hi Rachel, I spoke to Dimitri yesterday and he is still working in Apollon bar. When are you going and for future reference the hotel is excellent to stay in and is great value for money, we get flights and have had a great time staying ( 3 times last year).

 A fantastic place to eat, great menu variety, friendly attentive staff and valve for money. We could happily go there every night and have something different off the extensive exciting menu. There is also a good childrens menu.
