This may sound like a strange question but I'm going to be staying here for 2 weeks next May and I'm really looking forward to it after reading all of your great comments and I was wondering if anyone could let me know if the supermarkets there stock soya margarine and soya milk? Just to save me dragging in all over there in my suitcase really! Thanks a lot

The shipwreck is a bit disappointing when you get there, but if you go on the blue dolphin, it is a small fast boat which was great fun.

Yanni's horse riding was fun, but very hot 15 euro's for 1 hour

Turtle - not guarnteed to see one, my friend was lucky and did see one, apparently they come to the surface every 40 minutes for air......

The horse and cart rides in the evening are a pleasant way to get to the next village 10 euro's

Appollo and lavante restaurants are the best we found.

Flame bar is a must, Romeo is the star flirts with all the girls...lol

Train ride to taverna inland can be fun if a crowd go, you visit a museum, go in a church and have a drink in the taverna and laugh all the way back...lol

These apartments are the best, 2nd time to Alykanas, 1st time here, will def go again, if we can get booked when we try...

no fighting for sunbeds by pool, small shop opposite for basic needs, beach short stroll.

Hosts, pavlos, karen and young vicki are great, make you feel really welcome,

Rooms comfortable, basic equipment but adequate for cups of tea and lunch.

Air conditioning 7 euros per day, we used it but, are wondering whether it was necessary.

I really really miss it, cant wait to go back again and see everybody .......

Hi Sue just returned from Whitehouse Studios our fourth time Pavlos and Karen are lovely people and will make your stay magical. the studios have a fridge, kettle . toaster pots and pans knifes and forks etc and a new edition this year tv. Have a great holiday i know you will let us know how you get on Margaret and John

Just out of curiosity can anyone tell me if there is a kettle in the studios We have just booked for May next year and are really looking forward to it. Sounds a great place!

Superb! Pavlos, Karen & little Vicky are perfect hosts. Spotlessly clean studios, bar and lovely walk-in pool. Friendly maid came most days, regular changes of sheets & towels. Air-con available and essential at 7e per day. In room safe box also for small charge. Lovely poolside snacks. Everything was just-so but still managed to feel informal and relaxed. Can fully understand why they get booked up early.
