Dimitra(Apartments in None) |

| the last two comments are nearer to the truth than the others, i totally agree with everything they have said, i went there expecting it to be a dump!! but it was far from it, you get waht u pay for, and you really couldnt ask for better location!!! very handy for those ladies who like to change their heeled shoes in the middle of the night to comfy ones, dimitra was a nice lady, she just doenst like being disturbed at 7 in the morning with loud music playin STILL!! i had a really good holiday, there is nothing i can complain about - other than a drunken guy throwing up on our balcony. the little gekkos at first scared me, but u soon get used to them, thery are harmless, and at the end of the day do u a favor by eating the things that bite u!!!! if you are stayin here you have nothing to worry about, especially if your young and up for a good time, expect the basic and you will be satisfied - have fun | ||||||||||

| As the previous comment says, accomodation was basic, but the location completely made up for it. We were staying on the ground floor, nice balcony with table and chairs, and could stay there drinking til late before hitting the town. The maid cleans about every other day, and luckily doesn't come into your room til about midday, so doesn't wake you up early. Its literally a 1 min walk to the beach. No probs with Gekkos whatsoever on the ground floor, they usually just sit around the balcony light at night eating knats! Definately worth taking a good insect repellent and make sure you're wearing it at night, otherwise you'll be eaten alive! Had no prob with cold water, only on one night was it completely cold, which was when we'd left it till quite late to shower. otherwise, if you shower around 7 or 8, there shouldn't be a prob! Dimitra is a nice lady, but complains about it being 'too hot' everyday! The Manos rep was pretty useless though, make sure you ask him everything at your welcome meeting as you won't see him again! Greek Islands is the best! And get Tyson at Rescues to buy you free drinks! I would definately stay there again, primarily because you couldn't ask for a better location. | ||||||||||

| Will people stop moaning about these apartments PLS!!! Well,i think everyone knows that the majority of Greek appartments are basic,u pay4 what u get&these appartments are cheap but standard. There is absoluletly nothing wrong with these rooms-i wldnt advise a family to go there, but for groups of young peeps,it is fine. You are never in ur room in the day anyway. The location is absolutely superb-it is literally next to everything-Bad Boys,Cherry Bay,the beach...As for the Gekkos that everyone keeps on going on about, they are tiny and dont bother anyone. They dont go in your room &they just run around outside at night. They are not scary at all. Everyone should know that each room has one single bed&one double,so dont expect anything else-so unless one of your mates has got herpes...i cant see why this would be a prob?! The rooms arent huge, but big enough. There isnt that much hot water, but in that kind of heat-48 degrees-u dont want hot showers. trust me!Dimitra(owner)is a very nice lady-unless you piss her off! She will do whatever she can to help. The rooms are cleaned every few days-but our fridge was broken...the whole time. Take plenty of mozzie spray! MANOS WERE CRAP! i suggest renting a fan from the supermarket 4 ur hols, only 2euros a night. The pool that u can use isnt too far,but get there early coz sunbeds go quick. Go2Greek Islands Rest'&Rescues Bar4the best nights. | ||||||||||

| Where oh where do we begin,as previous comments say, 3 in a room,(there were 5 of us all in all). They give us a double and a single. Studios very small. You think its a joke about the gekkos? Well you see the little b******* up on the walls and think yeah ok. Well if you are on the top floor ,im sure theres a f****** alligator or something crawling about up there.Moves around about 6.00am in the morning just as we were getting in. Across the way theres a family with twin babies which are screaming all day,and they complained about us playing cards on the balcony at 10.00 before we went out.On the last day MANOS stitched us up by having us out of the room at 1.30 when our flight wasnt until 7.00 the next day.Mrs dimitra or Hilda ogden or whatever was kicking off threatening to call the police as we werent out of 'her' room,'I dont want to talk to anybody'. Anyway loved the resort, great music, mix of ages, people.Enjoyed it. *** There are two dimitras BTW. Studio and apartments, quite close by to each other. We were in studios. Watch out for noisy neighbours on motorbikes!!! | ||||||||||

| the appartment was nice and cool. beautifull view. it had everything you need nearby. and the gekko's ('lizards') were awesom. not dangerous or anything. the appartment's oke but the island... it's beautiful but it's a pitty there are so many tourists. | ||||||||||

| oh dear were do we start. we got there on sunday 21 september 02 there were three of use. we got there and we had only 2 beds 1 double 1 single. we got moved upstairs 4 DAYS later the rep was not very helpful. we had 2 days of warm water & one day of very hot water. they seem not to clean to the british standard. beware of the lizards which live in the roof. | ||||||||||

| The rooms themselves aren't that bad but we went for 2 weeks in september and got 3 days with hot water (and it was sunny most days). Also booked for 3 single beds but were given 1 single and a double for 4 nights before we could change. It was cleaned every couple of days but not under the beds - so if you keep things under there they will get dusty. Supposed to be getting modernised (believe it when it happens) but in its curent state is more like faulty towers. | ||||||||||
