We have just returned from these appartments and would not recomend them to those who exspect toilet bins emtied or clean linen or towels every few days or even once a week.
Well positioned but very disapointing.
Anna needs to get some staff to help her with the domestic duties.

as I do agree with what people have said about the apartment, it is very basic but hey you only sleeping there, Anna is very good, am sorry but I did have afew bad comment to make, I know if you don't ask you don't get, but we went and got airbeds she has plenty in the garden could of told us you can use them as long as you but them back when you finished with them, again I didn't like getting woke up every morning before 10 so the room can be cleaned and to be told that they want the rooms to be done before 1pm am sorry am on holiday i paid for that holiday, am sorry for that but if you don't tell the truth, i feel am letting other people down, would I go back to spiros no, | |

Spiros Appts- FANTASTIC A stones throw from the beach,Our first trip.deffo not the last.
Anna and Nikos very freindly.
Very neat and tidy.Treat this place as your own and with respect and you wont go wrong.

Can Anybody tell me where to book (who with), to stay at Spiros Apartments in Tsilivi? We stayed there previously but we're finding it difficult to find a tour operator who has it in their brochure.

hi jennie we stayed at the spiros apartments for 2 weeks june/july 2007. as with all greek apartments they are basic but are cleaned every day. if you stay in the apartments 9-16 they are on the second floor and have great sea views.
they are, as stated in the brochure, one of the best locations in tsilivi being only 140 metres to the beach and a short distance from freddie's beach bar. we book with manos direct and are going back to these apartments again this year.

Hi I'm thinking of booking the Spiros apartments as they seem a good price and the reviews I have read are good. However I can only find the same paragraph of info that's printed everywhere!!
Does anyone have any more info on where the apartments actually are and some pictures please?

We have been to Tsilivi a few times & get wait to get back.
Booked for July / August at these apartments.
BUT
Can anybody tell us exactly where these apartments are located.
From what we can gather it is on the road to Freddys Beach Bar or in that location but could somebody confirm this.

just got back from staying in the spiros apts for 2 wks and did we have a good hol .the apts are basic but when you been 2 the greek isles a few times,you come to xpect that.the location is excellent,just 100 mts away from the beach.we stayed upper floor,room 10 which has sea views and a nice breeze in the afternoon.the apts are just far enough out of town so they are nice and quiet but 3-400mts wlk and you got plenty of tavernas and bars to keep u up til the early hours.more of a family resort than 18-30s.anna was always on hand should you need anything if not all that forthcoming with conversation.rooms were cleaned frequently and the air cond was a godsend for 6 euros a day as the temps reached 43oC in our first week.all in all we had a great holiday and will definitely be going back to spiros.ps,these apts are self catering so i guess that means buying "YOUR OWN LOO PAPER" | |

These are lovely apartments, Anna and Nicos are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to make your holiday a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The view from your apartment is wonderful, the sea just a stones throw away and you are surrounded by beautiful gardens with an abundance of colourful flowers everywhere you look. Air-conditioning is available in all the rooms, if it is required, and Anna keeps everything in great order. The family all love animals, especially their charming son, Antonis, who seems to adopt all the strays on Zakynthos and has food and water in his car; which is available to them at all times. They have a very spoilt cat called Linda who can often be seen lazily sleeping her days away. I really cannot praise them enough. If you want an apartment with a warm, family atmosphere, this is the place for you.
