About the "Freeman" reservation,

Goodmorning to you too, I'm not the one dealing with internet reservations this year but I have checked the computer system and I can tell you for sure you reservation is valid. If there is a payment to be done, don't worry you can do this during your stay in the hotel (anyday before your check out)

About the animation,

Thomas is still around, the rest of his team has changed...but I'm pretty sure you'll love the new ones!

We have stayed at the Grande many times over the last few years, its a superb hotel.

To answer your questions Mark the hotels are separated by one other hotel, its about 200 yards door to door.

In the fitness room there is a treadmill and bench/weight equipment.

Hi - We are staying at the Bitzaro Palace this May,not long now, really can't wait

I understand that we can also use the facilities at the Grande, looking to us the fitness room inparticular. Can someone tell me what equipment they have, any weights , treadmill for example.
I can't find a detailed map of the resort so I was also wondering exactly how far the two hotels are apart??

I BOOKED A HOLIDAY ONLINE DUE TO TAKE ON 11TH MAY 2008 TO GET MARRIED, WE HAVE BOOKED FOR THIS HOTEL...UNFORTUNATELY MY COMPUTER LOST ALL THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE I HAD TIME TO PRINT THEM OUT,,,,NOW I NEED TO PAY THE REMAINDING MONEY SOON...I EMAILED THE HOTEL TO SEE IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHICH COMPANY I BOOKED WITH SO I CAN RING THEM AND SORT EVERYTHING OUT...PLEASE CAN SOMEONE DO THIS FOR ME I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL....

We were back for a second year at the Bitzaro Grande. Just like last year we have had a fabulous time and can not praise the hotel and its staff highly enough.
Also as last year our favourite part of the hotel was the entertainment from Thomas and his team.
He knows how to give people an enjoyable time and creates a very friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel with many guests making new friends, this is proven by the amount of address swapping on the last night of many peoples trips.

Hi just wanted to say thank you to all for a great holiday, hotel nice and clean, could not fault it. Thanks to all the staff especially Thomas, Jane and Tommy, left the hotel very hung over from previous day and suffered badly. First hotel I've ever commented on, so feel hounered. Hey. I came back from the Bitzaro Grande Hotel on Sunday and im so depressed because i wish i was still there It was an amazing holiday. Thomas you are a great entertainer and im missin you Tommy and Jane already. The weather is rubbish in England and im freezing. To everyone who is thinking of booking this hotel you should, unless you are looking for total scilence during the day. There is constant entertainment for ALL ages and its AMAZING!!! oh yeah and the food is absolutly fabulous and Ghelly gave us a big hug and a kiss before we left. The people there are so friendly.

Thanks for a great time everyone, especially Ghelly, Thomas, Tommy and Jane!

Oh and Thomas, you have to do that thing again where Jane is different instuments. It was so so funny!

I have been reading some of the comments the entertainment doesnt need improving at all. I thought it was fab and if it wasnt for you Thomas, and Jane and Tommy of course, i would have had just an ok holiday, just like every other so keep it up!
