Frances yes Jimmys is still their we stayed their last year and dados is what it used to be called then the built another part to it and called it jimmys , yes himself and his wife and children still run it in fact is daughter was due to have a baby last oct, we had a fab time staying their they were really freindly and as it was are first time to greece it made are holidays we have been back since and are planing to go again soon as we have a freind in kalamaki they have a bar their called the long story if you are ever their pop in and see them pete & sharon went to live their 2 yrs ago and have done well anyway the answer to your questoin its in monas hope that helps. regards Lesley | |

| I have been looking for Jimmy's apartments for ages in most of the holiday brochures, anybody know which brochure it's in?
Also, I notice Dados Hotel being mentioned with Jimmys. Now I'm confused we used to stay at jimmy's alot when we stayed at Laganas, now when we were there it was run by an elderly guy called Jimmy and his wife Anastacia and their son plus some other family members, is this the same Jimmys?. Hey just some info for ya! Stayed at Jimmy's end of August 2006, was amazin, Jimmy is great and all the staff are friendly, we where in the old apartments and although they where small they where clean and fine for the time we spent in them. The new ones in the other block look nice so you should be fine. Best Places to go in my opinion my fave was Cocktails and Dreams loved it in there and music was great. One just at the corner as you head onto the strip had really hunky topless barman so you should enjoy that. Infact wasnt any bar or pub we went to that we didnt like!!! Made some really great friends when we where there, every1 was amazin and although dont think ill be back this year, will defo be back! Jimmys is about a 5 min walk from the strip and we where half wrecked while walkin it so if sober, would probably take about 3 mins, lol. Hope you have a great holiday!! | ||||||||||

Hi all! Have just booked up to stay at Dados (Jimmy's) in Laganas, flying out on the 12th July with two of my girls!! All the reviews look excellent! If it is as near to the main strip as people are reporting it is, I'm going to be made up! Can people let me know if they have stayed in the new appartments (built in 2005) and what they thought the general size and quality were like. Also recommendations for nightspots would be gratefully received! Anyone else flying out around the same time?  |

stayed at jimmys from 31/08/06 for two weeks had a great time close to everything jimmy was a good laugh what a great guy rooms were good and clean maid service everyday hope your keeping ok jimmy from bill and dawn the malackers. | ||||||||||

Hi all just got back from jimmys and all i can say is that it was absolutly superb, the rooms the food the pool the people excellant, jimmy is cool friday(thats her name) is cool to,it can get a bit noisey at about 5 in the morn but so what,just people getting in, if your a family theres loads to do loads of restaraunts,down the beach or on the strip,try pauls at last its an english bar only small but excellant,for the young ones 18-30 they go out at 12 when the familys are comming back from there night out theres loads of clubs,pubs to enjoy, DONT pay good money for a pub crawl theres absolut no point at all the reps will take you to all the expensive clubs, they make you wait outside the club untill the pub crawl in front of you moves on,if your that way inclined just follow them brush past and wait till they come in and enjoy the fun simple?Anyone going to jimmys have made an excellant choice if your lucky enough to get in the new building its superb but the old one as been updated air con and stuff ,anyway i could babble on for hours,i hope i've taken away your worries, need any more info just ask. | ||||||||||

We are going with Direct Holidays and flying from Edinburgh, have seen some good reviews about accommodation so not too worried now! Dont think we will be that bothered when we are staggering about for a fortnight anyway lol |
