Power steering Pulley day -05.06.05  Fantastic day

What a great way to end our holiday.  The satff are fantastic, Peter our driver and guide was great.
We saw some fantastic sights you would never normally get to see.  The off road bits were brilliant, if not a little scary at times.
We will definatley do it again.
The only down side to the day was the lunch stop, seriously overpriced for what was available, but guys, that's not your fault.
All in all a fab day, keep up the good work chaps!!!

Went on the Zakfari trip on 24 May 2005 and had a great time - it's an excellent way to be a lazy adventurer!  You get to see loads of the island which would either be fairly inaccessible or a nightmare to get to independently, we came across a few lost souls en-route!.    However, we took a packed lunch and en-route was a restaurant and although reasonably priced we felt a bit obliged to sit down and eat.  One idea could be to either increase the cost slightly of the day to incorporate the lunch cost or reiterate to people when they book that the restaurant is optional.  The market place was great and the wine is recommended, it really didn't give me a hangover!  Overall, a fab day and totally recommend it but take your sunglasses as it can get a bit dusty, your swimming gear for the beach bit and your suntan cream as it was extremely hot by the afternoon!  Thanks to all the guides and drivers who were excellent and well organised.

Surely this was the highlight of our holiday.  Steve our most capable, knowledgeable and humorous driver, took us on some wonderful off road tracks showing us some fantastic views.

Wonder if Larry, one of the other drivers, realised that his house was just over the hill!!!!

Jane B  (05 June 2005)

My partner Mark and I loved the Zakfari Jeep Safari! Great way to see the Island, got some interesting local information and saw some brilliant sites! The tour group were excellent - very professional and friendly group of guys. It was also a good way to meet some others! One of our best days in Zakynthos - we highly recommend it (and believe it would suit most people - it's not really extreme 'off road' - just a few bumps here and there!) (We are the Aussies on Larry's House Day Tour!)

Heather H  (03 June 2005)

Had a great trip with Zakfari on 31 May 05 (special thanks to Peter who nearly didn't pick us up as our names didn't match those he had on his booking slip!).  We booked this trip by accident as had originally booked a jeep safari with a local tour operator.  However, their jeep failed to materialise as it had broken down and they subsequently cancelled!  Although disappointed at the time it worked out for the best.  Zakfari's jeeps are bigger and are open sided whereas the others on the Island appear smaller and are enclosed.  Plenty of seat padding, seat belts etc and all of us had a great time, from the children ranging from the age of 3 to the adults up to the age of 75 (my mother!).  The commentary whilst travelling was entertaining and informative and the stories told at the stops were great and some even believable!!  All in all a superb day out, never felt rushed and great value for money.

Rimmer   (21 April 2005)

Hi Madeliene,

Zakfari will be 50 euros per adult in June this year, and 30 for children 12 and under. If you want more info in the tour then check out www.zakfari.com . You can book through the reps of Thomas Cook, JMC, Sunset, Olympic, Apollo, Cosmos, Argo, or online at www.tsilivi-travel.gr . You can also book in resort at branches of Flocas Travel (Argasi), Tsilivi Travel (Tsilivi) and Eurosky (Kalamaki) or Kappa Corfu (Lagana).
Hope to see you soon

My husband and I are travelling for the first time to Zante in June 2005 and I am trying to decide what to do when we get there. We have done many of the usual trips on other holidays and have been very disappointed by them. I do however like the sound of this, can anyone give me a rough guide as to how much it costs and how long it lasts. Thanks very much

Michelle B  (07 April 2005)

FLIP FLOP REPAIR DAY!!

Fabulous is the only word for it. We went last year (September) and I've only just got round to adding my comments! It was definitely the perfect end to the holiday.
For those who were with us on Flip Flop Repair Day, it was a sad loss but the flip had definitely flopped and had to go! Thanks to Lee for doing his first aid on my flip flop which consisted of a big safety pin and plasters! The height of fashion, don't you know.

Mind you, their shouldn't really be a comfort factor on this trip - you're not meant to stay seated! There's always the chance of a freak shower as well!!

Madness!

Jayne B  (28 February 2005)

if you only go on one trip whilst in Zante make it the Zakfari jeep trip. it was by far the best day of our holiday we had so much fun. its and exciting way to see the island, and the drivers (especially Lee with his stories) are great and such a laugh! GO ON DO IT! its great value for money and the best way to spend your holiday!

June M  (25 January 2005)

jeep safari might have been okay if both my friend and myself were not injured within the first hour on this trip. I had to be taken to hospital for Xray and I am still suffering a bad back.
My friend was kept on the Island hospital on her back for nearly 2 weeks before she could be flown to mainland greece and then flown home. we sat at the rear of the jeep and were bounced about.

Becky   (13 January 2005)

It was AMAZZZZIING!!! i'd recommend it to anybody!

Paul W  (09 November 2004)

The "Last Day Tour" was superb. Never had such fun on a trip for years. Paul, our driver and Guide, was very knowledgeable and made the whole off-road experience special. My Wife and I enjoyed the wholr day, including the food stop and the stop at Dimitrios' in the mountains. We thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone visiting this beautiful Greek Island

Eleanor &  (07 November 2004)

We were there on Pete's last day. Paul was our driver and he was excellent. Went places that no coach or car would dare go. Loved the wild life, especailly the kittens. Food stop was excellent and can still taste the Greek Yoghurt and honey. Paul predicted a storm on Wednesday which came true. Jeep Zakfari was the highlight of the week

Steven W  (28 October 2004)

Hi Paul and lee
We the three SSS recommend this tour of Zante.
The jeeps were all kept in good nick, Paul was the best guide of the day very good at Zante,s history.
Still looking for the horse/elephant/frog in the cliffs with caves in our photos, still drinking the wine.
good bunch of friendly people in our jeep with Paul, hello to all specialy to Iain and Elaine from lewis in scotland.100% out of 100%. We hope to see you again from stevie wonders

Jason B  (27 October 2004)

'RARE SEAL DAY' 19th October 2004
Off roading around Zakynthos with Zakfari is well worth the money.
Great stories and history of the island told with a tongue in cheek.
If you are considering taking the small ones of the family then be pre-warned; the off-roading can be a little hair-raising!
Take a large bag with you for the shopping stop for all the home-made greek wine & honey!
Thanks to Paul, Lee & Debbie for a great day and being able to share the wonders of Zakynthos.

Lynne M  (25 October 2004)

October 17th 2004 "didn,t you sea it ?" Started out with Paul
guide/driver - pleasant but short lived aquaintance, not seen for the remainder of the day. Replaced by Lee/"Adonis", creative, off the wall
driver from Yorkshire, famous for a repertoire of tall stories each one becoming more incredulous by the moment! Did you know that Nicole Kidman knocked her head on an ancient olice tree ? amazing facts to be learned, what an education !! laughed all day. plenty of banter between Lee and a fellow passenger called Shirley, whose parting comment was "despite your best efforts Lee we managed to survive" !!

Enjoyed going off road, plenty of bumps and mud!, great fun day out -not to be missed. spectacular scenery, insight to local culture and history explained by the very knowledgable guide Saria. On a return visit to Zakynthos, a definate must.

Here is mud in you eye Lee !

Graham M  (25 October 2004)

The "Roadworks" Tour Sept 04
Excellent day out well worth the money.

Ken B  (21 October 2004)

Brilliant day (17/10/04) especially as the weather cleared up after some chilly damp days and we got some superb views. All the team were great and we had the benefit of two drivers for the price of one. Didn't you SEA it? Couldn't quite make out the horse/elephant/ET on the rocks but then I was facing the wrong way. Still drinking the wine from the wine tasting session - tastes just as good as up in them thar hills.

Raymond D  (20 October 2004)

All i have to say is go on the tour!

Even tho you have to get up early morning you will have an excellent day out, and you even get to see the whole of Zante and what's on offer.

Lee and the tour guides will have you laughing all day.

I went on cool-runnings day it was the best part of the holiday

S F  (20 October 2004)

Had a fantastic day, Lee was hilarious and very informative/creative!!
You have to try the water from the well, it really does make you see hourses and Shrek!!
Worth the money and well worth the bruised bum and legs!!

Peter R  (18 October 2004)

Thanks very much for your kind comments Jim, I arrived back in Wales safely on Friday 15th. All the best to you and yours ! Pete.

Gordon K  (18 October 2004)

We went on Bob England Day (Sat 2nd October).

Had a fantastic day. This is the only way to see the real island. Paul the lead guide has a funny (if not always accurate) tale to tell about each of the stops. We had Peter the DVLA man driving us. For someone who had only been on the tour for a few months, his knowledge was superb.

The highlight of the tour has to be the view from the top of the cliff. It may be a bumpy ride up and back to the cliff, but it is more than worth the bruises on our bums!!

This would have been the highlight of our holiday, had we not been getting married the following Wednesday.

Thanks guys. It was great. We might just see you again next summer.

Gordon & Lesley Kinnear.

Carol   (17 October 2004)

We went on Jeep Safari on 13th October 04 - had a fantastic day despite the weather which was terrible. Paul, Lee and Debbie kept the spirits up throughout the day. Anyone going to Zante should definitely try the Zakfari - the sights you see are breathtaking and you will get to places that no coach could get to. Thanks to Debbie for a jeep well-driven, especially up in the mountains where we were bounced around and had a really good laugh. Hi to Vicky, Callum, Michael and Julia for a fun day out.

Elaine E  (16 October 2004)

I loved this trip it was one of the best things I have ever done. I went on the 13/10/2004 and although the weather turned crap we had a great time.

We were in the jeep with Paul and he did his best to keep everyones spirits up despite the rain, mist, wind etc.

I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see a different view of the island and just generally wants a good laugh.

We are Iain and Elaine from Lewis, Scotland and we just want to say thanks to Paul and everyone on the jeep with us for the great day out.

Thats the Isle of Man group and the Geordies.

Thanks!!

Sara R  (15 October 2004)

password- buzz off buzzards. had a great time on this trip which was worth every euro. a great way to see the island, especially if you have never been before. tour guides and drivers are very experienced (hi to saria and debs!) but prepare yourself for a bumpy ride when offroad (which is all part of the fun!)highlight had to be the stop at smugglers cove where you get fantastic views! also enjoyed the stop at a local family run shop where the owner brought wine out to our jeep for us, which was really nice. overall, this trip is a must for anyone wanting to see zante, but with a bit of a differnce! sara and ste xxx

Rimmer   (15 October 2004)

Peter's Last Day......What a brilliant day we had on Zakfari. If you do nothing else on Zakynthos, you MUST do Zakfari. Don't go on the other three Jeep Safaris, use the originals, British owned, insured, operated, driven, and the only safari with a proper guide. We were lucky enough to have the English guide who lives full time on Zante, as well as Pete who was an absolute gentleman and excellent on/off road driver. We had great fun as Pete chucked the Land Rover about, sometimes fast, sometimes bumpy, yet always 100% safe and secure. From the minute he picked the four of us up he made us feel right at home, promised us an excellent experience and delivered all that and more. Like I said already, a top class driver and a gentleman all the way, very knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to. These Land Rovers are specially converted in the UK to seat 13 passengers and the driver. They have open cabs and backs, but with a cover for bad weather and a very substantial roll cage, as well as safety belts for all passengers. The other safaris use standard enclosed and open Land Rovers, and one uses old Toyota Land Cruisers, but there's nothing to beat using vehicles custom built for the job, and with V8 power for tricky situations!. The vehicles are driven home each year at end of season and fully refurbished for next season. So as well as being insured in both the UK and Zakynthos, they are also superbly maintained for our safety and security,,,very impressive. We covered virtually the whole island, going to places that no tour bus can go and learning lots about the sites, folklore, etc. The other drivers in our 4 vehicle convoy were Debbie, Spiros and Paul, the owner of the company. I'm going on a bit, but can't stress enough just how much my wife, myself and the kids, Danielle (12) and James (10) enjoyed the day, and just what excellent value it was too. A note that your reps will forget to tell you when you book, take a good strong pair of trainers or boots as you will walk on some rough terrain, take swim gear in the hot weather as there's a swim stop too, and take drinking water, preferably in a cool box as it get's dusty and hot. What ever you do, don't miss this, and hopefully Pete will come back for another season too! Hope you got home safely Pete, and all the best to all the team from the four of us.

1 WORD - GO!! If you are going to do anything whilst in Zante, you definately have to go on this tour!

Your tour rep should give you the details, it was called Jeep Safari on our guide (JMC).

It was the best day out (09/10/2004), early start but please, if you want to see all that Zante has to offer you definately have to go on this tour. You won't stop laughing and although some of the stories are a bit of a tale you'll be really entertained.

The guides do their best to answer all your questions and Lee (MAD TOUR GUIDE)will keep you laughing!!

BEST PART OF THE HOLIDAY! (cool-runnings-day)

ZAKFARI, was a fantastic trip, it was one of the 2 main highlights of our holiday. It was definatly the way to see the island, our driver Debbie really throw the jeep around on the off roading, but it was great fun.

Paul was fab, really informative and keep things lively and interesting. Rainy Friday (24/9/04, I was the one who poured water over her head). We visited some fantastic places, I think the funniest for my husband was when we stopped for the wine in the village and me being asleep for most of the journey back.

Well worth the money.

Susan W  (12 October 2004)

"Wet T. Shirt Day" A great day out and, thankfully, got the weather for it given that the 2 days previously had been thunder & lightening. Great info given by the guides and vg driving! One thing that could poss make it better is being given a hand out of the info given throughout the day as if most people are like me, they either don't hear it all or forget it quite quickly. Once again, a great value for money trip. Could do with more toilet stops though...

John &  (09 October 2004)

What a wonderful day out on a very hot a sunny Monday morning (no Monday blues on this trip. We were in the company of a crazy guide Lee,his stories (some quite untrue) were very convincing. We laughed so much during the day. The scenery was spectacular. We visisted places that we would not even have know about, it was certainly off the beaten track. Sarina's knowledge of the Island was outstanding and we learnt so much from her. We will certainly be telling out friends about Zakfari. It an experience that could not be matched. From the sweetie provider from Musselburgh (Scotland)

Claudia & Sarah  (06 October 2004)

Thanks for a most enjoyable trip on 2/9/04. We were impressed by the pleasant & respectful manner our guide interacted with us. In addition, the no nonsense manner in which he dealt with the hornet in our Jeep. We will be recommending the trip to others & we will consider joining you again. All the best!!

Susan C  (06 October 2004)

we went on croakey voice day (30th sept) we had a fantastic time going to place we otherwise wouldn't have been able to find, this really is a great day out, the staff were very profesional and this was definately the highlight of our holiday

Bob E  (05 October 2004)

This trip is a must for anyone who wants to see Zante in one day !
The tour is well planned, well timed stops, with well picked places of genuine interest to see. Some of the views are truly stunning and you really do reach the parts that ordinary tourists would not see. Beware of pale imitations - Zakfari cannot be bettered - Their guides/ drivers are informative /entertaining / skilful who take a genuine delight in giving all their passengers a day to remember. You may even have the "day" named after you (I did !!) but that's a long story. Thanks To Paul our host and to all the team. GREAT DAY OUT.
YOU CAN'T SAY YOU'VE SEEN ZANTE UNLESS YOU'VE DONE THE ZAKFARI.

Mandi S  (05 October 2004)

We went on "excessive wine flatliners" day which referred to the two unfortunate punctures in two jeeps and the excessive wine tasting by one very hungry and thirsty lad! What a brilliant day and lovely views. Our driver was Lee who knows "everything about Zante", and what he doesn't know he makes it up! Good tales Lee - but we never did see the cave horse - even with the herbs!!

We saw the "Krankies" later on, and they confirmed it was their fav day!

Janice M  (04 October 2004)

We were on the trip on Rainy Friday (should have been named Fish Friday for our jeep!) This trip is definately worth a go - the scenery is amazing, although the stories may not be entirely true.

Janice & Willie (Glasgow)

Norma B  (04 October 2004)

We had a fantastic day. Not a better way to see the island. Even though we had trouble with the roadworks. Sarina the tour guide will know what we mean.

Richard H  (03 October 2004)

We went on ‘Flip-Flop Repair Day’. It was the best part of an excellent holiday.

We went to places you can hardly walk to, let alone by ‘car’. The view of the shipwreck is better than that from the sea. The views from the top of the islands and all around breath taking

The Land Rovers were excellent, a bonus for a Landie lover! Open top & fitted with roll cage and seat belts so very safe. Much better than the other closed in sweatboxes on other safaris, you just have to expect to be covered in dust! Which is all part of the fun.

We have also become friends with other, equally mad people, in our Landie and hope to keep in touch

The drivers and guide were all excellent, well humoured and completely mad!

We will do it again when we go back to the island, but only if it’s with those nutters at Zakfari.

Thanks for a memorable day

Richard & Sattie

Gary D  (02 October 2004)

This was a great way to see the island with an excellent team to give us all the information require at all the destinatioins visited.
Would highly reccomend this excursion.

Marie M  (02 October 2004)

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the commentary was good although some of it open to doubt! The driving was excellent and the overall tour of the island well worth the discomfort of going off-road in landrovers.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants an overall view of the whole island.

Chris R  (01 October 2004)

We went on the 'Porpoise' Day (I am the one with the bandaged arm getting married to the girl who gave the days its name!!). Have to say it was a fantastic day. Superb way to see the island and learn its history and stories. Would definitely recommend it to anyone as a must do activity. The guys running the event were fantastic and really knew their stuff.

William F  (30 September 2004)

Password is windy day. Thanks to all the team for a brilliant day.It all went so welland you are all a credit to the tourist buisness. The lefts and rights could have been a little more earlier but what an experience

Nikki E  (30 September 2004)

Gary and I were on "Waterworks Day" with Debbie and Saria. We had a brilliant day (and
yes, Gary should have saved himself for the jeeps radiator!!), all the drivers with Zakfari are
brilliant and it's a trip we will never forget. Bet Debbie won't forget Garys laugh for a while!
If like us you only do one trip but want to see as much of the island as possible, this is
definatly the one to do. We had a good laugh and the best day out possible - Thanks to all
at Zakfari. Nikki & Gary.

Georgina D  (29 September 2004)

What a hilarious day! Cant fault it one bit. (Gary Lineker is 5'1 day)
Our Driver was Lee, Very dark humour, very nutty driver, (though obviously very experienced & safe) I liked the inbred village Billy Connely BBQ story best I think. It had rained heavily the previous night so Lee had loads of high speed muddy puddle fun, and we all had a good shower. Not for fragile types, but for anyone with a sense of humour its a must! Worth the 50 euros undoubtably, considering some of the crap that gets peddled all over the place. CHEERS ZAKFARI!!!XXX

Richard T  (28 September 2004)

This trip was by far the best day of our holiday. I would recommend anyone visiting Zante should do this trip!I'd like to thank the staff and other holiday makers for a fantastic day out.Our wine tastes just as good at home as it did in Zante.

(Rainy Friday) Richard + Vikki x x x

The Zakfari trip was the best trip we went on during our stay at Zante, definately recommended!!! Saw much more than any coach trip could offer.
Staff all very friendly and informative. Sorry Spearos broke the jeep light, hope he got it fixed ok!!!! (smooth day)

Kirstie S  (28 September 2004)

Hi Lee and Pete

Just to let you know that me and my mate Georgie had a great day on the Jesus day (Wednesday 15th September). Well worth the money and what a thrill! Great sites to see and smelly ones! I'd recommend that anyone going to Zante should go on this tour. And Demitris wine was very good! Hicc-up!

Cheers for a good day, Kirstie.

Gillian D  (27 September 2004)

Hi Paul (Peter & Lee),
RE: DOUBLE FAN DAY TUESDAY 14th SEPTEMBER, 2004
Robert and I had a fantastic day out on the island. Most memorable for Paul's driving(double fan in one day), company in the jeep and not to forget the tour itself. Well worth every euro. Keep up the good tour guys.

Gillian and Robert Berwick upon Tweed.

Whata fantastic day out -"CHEESEY CHIPS DAY". Myself, husband Keith and our young son Josh (he never stopped talking but thoroughly enjoyed himself).Very good value for money - excellent for children - especially the "off roading". Our driver was Debbie dry sense of humour but good fun. Informative, fun, different, would do it again. Our guide and the rest of the gang where friendly and informative. 10/10. Josh says hi and hope to see you next year. Thank you.

"WATER-WORKS" (on 13/9/04). Oh what a brilliant day. The off road was real good fun- dodging all the olive trees. When we got to the highest point of Zante one of the jeeps engines (radiator) blew up- so everybodies bottled water got poured into the jeep so we could at least we could get to lunch!! the sulphur bay was smelly- but deffinatley worth a swim.
If your visiting Zante and only have one day to do anything- this is the one thing you have to do. Its just tremendous fun. You get to see all over Zante from the comfort of a jeep.

Stuart M  (25 September 2004)

Went on ER day 18/9/04 hope the girl who ended up in hospital is OK.
Hope Debbs got the jeep back home!
Trip was great and we went from Spiros to Debbs driving.
The off roading is fantastic, Lee was good at being the "chief" guide but what would you expect for somebody from Gods own county.
Would reccomend anyone to try the safari young or old.

Michael G  (24 September 2004)

Me and My girlfrend Tasha were on the 'Waterworks' day with Lee as our driver. I have to say it was by far the best day of the holiday to Zante for me. Lee was simply hilarious and kept everyone in our jeep on the edge and he is a true comedian. I would definately come back and I will be posting some great pics of the day including the one with 'kick me' written on Lee's back! So watch this space. Mike AKA..... Craig Daviddddddddddddddddddd!!!!

Adam R  (22 September 2004)

Myself and my girlfriend Jenny went on the 'dirty sea water day'. we had a fab time and it was the best excursion we went on. we were in Lee's jeep and he made us laugh all the time. we liked it when we went to the greek mans stall to sample wine and Lee was trying to make us buy his wine, raisins, honey in the fashion of Del Boy! 'gather round everyone!' hello to everyone else that was on our jeep. would recommend this trip!! Adam and Jenny

Chris   (21 September 2004)

(NO IDEA DAY!)

At first we thought it was quite expensive but it was well worth the money. The whole day was very knowledgeable and a great laugh. Impressive driving too!!!

Phil H  (20 September 2004)

Me and my wife Tina (25 years) were on the "waterworks" trip when Gary gave the foliage a drink which in hindsight he should have saved for your radiator! It was an absolutely fantastic day out and we would not hesitate to go again next time we are in Zante. Thanks to you all for making just a small part of our special holiday memorable!
ps.Paul,I will send you the "mechanic" picture very soon!

Toni C  (20 September 2004)

What a day out . It was the best day out of our holiday . Spiros was our driver & he made the day what it was GREAT . Thanks
From Toni , Steve & Samantha

Mark H  (19 September 2004)

We were part of the "Dirty Sea Day Gang"! Had a "fab" day thanks to Lee, who was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining, even though he took the mick out of us Welsh all day! This is the best way to see the Island and learn about it's history and culture! Hi to all the others who were on the same Jeep as us (the one Lee was driving) it was nice to have met you all,(I forgot to mention it on the day "Deb")! Would definately recommend this trip!

Graham B  (19 September 2004)

Hi there me and my girlfriend went on the "silence is golden" day and judging by the amount of posts on here about "that day" silence is golden :) anyway had a great time dunno how those jeeps coped with them there big rocks but did phew!! Spiros (think thats how ya spell it) our driver was a good ole fun bloke with some good stories to tell most of them made up i think, good man. Scared the lot of us when he pretended to drive of the cliff. Good all round day apart from seeing a accident on the way back home, Spiros stayed really calm and dealt with it really good even tho we had nothing to do with the accident. Cheers Zakfari and Spiros
O if anyone wants a picture of Spiros and his jeep mail weeza1@hotmail.com

Key Word : SMOKIN'

We thoroughly enjoyed our Zakfari Tour, Saria was fantastic with all her knowledge, and our driver Spyros was mentall! He was such fun and really made our day, weve never laughed as much! i really liked the cave we went to on the private land it was really interesting. i'd advise anyone to go on Zakfari, the off roading was great. Wot a superb day. We bought lots of wine of Demitri and its lovely, really fresh and chemical free.
i would definitely go on the trip again.

Clare C  (13 September 2004)

Phil and I went on "bucksfizz day". It was the best day trip we had ever been on. The whole day was so much fun I would strongly recommend it to anyone going to Zante as a must do! The guides were excellent, the off roading was amazing, the weather fab and I haven't giggled as much in one day whilst getting so dirty. It was a wonderful day. I now want to travel that way all the time! Thanks.

Matt H  (13 September 2004)

Me & girlfriend Laura went on "Welsh Day", Lee was the driver.

Must say that Zakfari is by far the best way to explore Zykinthos, and i would definately say that Lee is a top guide and a great laugh!!

The places you go to are surreal and you will appreciate them even more, when you get home and think back to where you visitted.

Cheers Zakfari & cheers to Lee Higgins for making it a superb day!!

Rgds

Mark B  (12 September 2004)

I went on Gremlins Day as it became known but this didn't spoil our fun. It was a great day out and the drivers were execellent (especially Debbie) who was our driver. Highly recommend this to anyone as a great way to see the island, but is a a laugh at the same time

Denise W (12 September 2004)

can someone please tell me the cost of this trip also do you have to choose one particular tour or are they all the same just? that i see everyone talks of different named days.do they take you to shipwreck cove or does this have to be done by boat

Chris K  (11 September 2004)

Went on Lazy Day in Lee's jeep and had a great time. Not sure we believed half of his stories but he definately made the day memorable! The trip was excellent and was well worth the money, would recommend it to anyone.

Sharon H  (11 September 2004)

myself and two freinds went on'two drunks day' and had a fab time the drivers made it (especially lee with his flying spider trick!) along with the brill places we visited.Would recomend this trip to anyone and we will definately be coming again next year.Keep up the good work!!

Lynette A  (10 September 2004)

We went on 2nd September - Lazy Day, cos only Paul seemed to do any work!!
The drivers are fantastic, we had Lee, and he has a natural talent for wit, humour, driving along cliff roads whilst looking backwards to chat to everyone, talking a load of rubbish and giving everyone a great time.
Lee - giving us a rock to smell didn't fool anyone!
Highly recommend this trip! I'm only giving it an average comfort level rating, but only cos that is the whole point!

Stephen M  (10 September 2004)

We went on this trip with our three children and our friends and 2 children. Wow what a great day and a fantastic way to see the island.
The drivers are great fun and will keep you entertained all day.
What Paul (the main man) doen't know about the island isn't worth knowing
Highly recomended

Vic A (09 September 2004)

mary swanson.....the symbol you saw was the albanian flag.

Vic A  (09 September 2004)

We went on Zakfari on 'Gremlin Day' :) Overall it was a good day out...Our driver was debbie & she was great!! Very friendly & she knew her stuff! Unfortunatley we seemed to have a bunch of party poopers on our jeep which spoilt the atmosphere on our jeep..but we were taken to many places of interest & enjoyed hearing the local stories. When you go off road it gets a bit hairy which I found to be great fun..but my girlfriend was screaming her head off!! Dont let it put you off though (She's a big fairy)The jeeps are designed for the territory & the drivers really know how to drive! many thanks!!

Tom C  (07 September 2004)

Easily the best thing I did all holiday. The best way to see the shipwreck, along with all the other sites of nearly the whole of Zakynthos island. Exceptional from start to finish; brilliant guides with great stories, lots of humour and it feels damn good in those open jeeps with the wind in your hair too.

Lydia M  (06 September 2004)

my four old son and i went on 'the two drunks day' and we had a wonderful time! lee was our driver/guide, his make belief tales were highly entertaining and kept everyone laughing including my son who was in stitches for most of the day! it was a crazy ride but really enjoyable! well worth the money, the best trip iv ever been on!

Mike B  (06 September 2004)

I've rarely enjoyed a holiday "event" day as much as I enjoyed this one ("Welsh Day", it became known as, although "Red Dragon Day" might have been a bit more poetic) and would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone with even a modicum of curiosity. We spent a really memorable and highly entertaining day with Lee, whose ability to drive at speed along rough tracks whilst making provocative chit-chat with his 12 passengers behind was almost as impressive as the Land Rover's capacity to absorb the worst of the bumps without giving us all compound fractures. The only problem is that I will never enjoy a sedate holiday bus tour again: only a day with a witty and knowledgeable guide, seeing places that only Land Rovers, pedestrians, and donkeys can get to, will do for me now.

Elizabeth M  (03 September 2004)

We just got back from Zakynthos yesterday and one of our favourite memories is Zakfari.

We were there on "Cafe roped off" day. Thank you Paul for the most amazing experience and you MUST keep Lee on your team forever (pay him extra if you have to!!)being on his jeep was so much fun.

Luckily I had read this website before going on holiday so didn't book an inferior, closed-in, jeep discovery trip that our travel rep offered. We stayed in Kalamaki and found the booking office for Zakfari at the end of the main road (near the taxi rank but opposite side) It didn't have a board advertising it outside just a poster on the window.

Debbie P  (03 September 2004)

inad my family went oon this trip on tthe 3 august 2004on the sunday we throughly enjoyed it i grazed my knee while we were on turtle island as i fell of the railings . my children loved it they are age 8 and 9 they foght it was funny when they threw the plastic spider in the jeep

Rimmer   (02 September 2004)

Mary - Communist style graffiti is just that! Communist party regularly gets about 8 - 10% of vote in Greece.
Leanne - Debbie being here for a week probably meant she was concentrating on the driving rather than telling stories or jokes, as she was not too familiar with the route. Safety first! Debbie is now back till the end of the season, so as she gets more confident with the route etc., the jokes will follow. Glad you still had a good day out with us though.

Steve M  (02 September 2004)

Deb's Last Day - We had a briliant day. Everyone was fanastic. Lee - you met your match when we threw the water back at you! (remember us now). Thanks for a great day. see you some day again

Leanne H  (01 September 2004)

Winstons Thigh day! - The Trip was very good. I was very worried about driving on the greek roads but I felt very safe all day. The Views and locations visited were very good although I agree that the food stop was slightly disappointing. The only complaint I have is that although our driver Debbie was a good driver, informative and very freindly there was definitely the element of fun missing from our Car. The people in Lee's car and Pauls were laughing all day. She was only there for one week so is not her full time job, but I feel that her lack of enthusiasm had an impact on our day.

Mary S (01 September 2004)

can anyone tell us what the communist looking graffiti on the river walls in Zakynthos town is about? it appeared to have a hammer an sycle in a Russian stylee, the curiousity has been gettin to us since we got back

Kate N  (01 September 2004)

winstons thighs day!
brilliant trip, well worth the money,we had lee as our driver.......he was so funny..dopey git!! he really made the day,saw some amazing sights....take trainers! i wore flip flops not the best idea i had!

Mary S  (31 August 2004)

This was by far and away the highlight of our holiday. Saria really knows her stuff and Lee manages to get a bit of humour in there too :) We had Deb's driving us and she really did agreat job. the whole experience was amazing and we would def reccomend this to anyone, i was apprehensive as i am still injured from a bad smash back home but it wasn't as scary as i'd thought. 10/10 for Dimitris wine too although not to impressed with the food stop. Keep up the good work folks (and give us a job plllllzzzzzzz)
(big wave day)

Bob M  (31 August 2004)

zakfari is the tops - drivers and guides are the most professional nutters you could ever meet - we had a fantastic day - lee was our driver (spelt with 2 e's) all the other drivers were all jokers and fun to be around spiros(stavros)debbie(a**enal)and paul who we called john all day, saria was an excellant guide wilth a wealth of knowledge - lee can tell a story or two and can be quite believerable at times until we informed him jimmy somerville shops at our co-op and bob holness at our tesco's - rid yourself of stress
zakfari is the cure - thank you all for a great day (drop prop day)
bob and noreen xxx

"Dead Bloke In a Box Day" (St Dennis' Day)

What a bloody fantastic day out! Thanks to Lee our driver I had the best day out ever. I cannot recommend this trip enough!

Great bunch of people on the Jeep too --- the Essex girls, the couple from Hampshire, and of course my mate (Posh Mark "Carry on Driver!") -- to mention a couple.

Off-Roading was amazing and had a good laugh soaking the other jeeps.

If you go to Tsilivi -- you HAVE to take the Zakfari!

Steve T  (27 August 2004)

We had the best day of our holiday at zakfari lee was our driver and his tails of the island were quite comical off roading was grate with a few bumps on the way and the rest of our group were fantastic even little Connor
Steven & Tina Thacker Smooth Day

Keeley J  (26 August 2004)

We went on the 'Seal Day', Spyros was our driver.Excellent trip must be done if going to Zante.Get to see all of the island and here some great stories, not to forget the wine tasting, had about 10 shots of it and come back with 4 bottles!!.The sulpher beach was gorgeous a bit smelly though! Brilliant day out!
Keeley & Tom

Ellie C  (25 August 2004)

cave out day!(no cave swimming)

This was a excellent oppertunity to go and explor zante island our driver was lee and our tour guide was saria the were both very lovely people they gave us a very intresting day out with lee's little storys and then saria throwing plastic spiders into the back of the jeep (which i found quite funny)as we went through the olive groves thanks once again to saria and lee

All the best from Ellie,Karen,Jack and not forgetting Monty(matt)

Ronnie V  (24 August 2004)

Hi to all those who experienced the Zakfari with Ronnie and Rachel ... it's definitely one of the highlights of our time in Zante.

We travelled on 'Extra Stop' day and our guide was Lee. What a storyteller... just as well we were packing copious amounts of salt... ;o)) Great views, great photo's, hot, dusty and a great day out.

Tasha B  (24 August 2004)

Went on the Zalfari with my dad and my bro! Spyros was our driver for two years in a row now and he is sooo funny! We had a fantastic time (going dutch) i loved goin off road that was cool apart from i had a headache after! the sulfer lake was cool (literally) but walkin back up killed me! thanks to samia for a good talk she is an ace tour guide and make the trip even better! Cya All next year p.s Spyros phone your girlfriend and take those plasters off your shirt! Love Tasha xxxx

Albert P  (23 August 2004)

"Flat Battery Day"

We went on the Zakfari on Flat Battery Day and had a brilliant time. Spyros was our driver and entertained us throughout the day with his vast knowledge of the island and his great sense of humour. i have included some of our pictures from the trip including the stop at the highest point of the island which has some excellent views. Also l still cannot see the horse!!!!

Karen S  (18 August 2004)

Zakfari, definately the best day of our holiday. So many fantastic sites and bits of information and even saw some turtles. Great guiding, thanks to Paul and our driver Peter? (The Welshman). A really exciting trip and guides worked hard to make sure we had the best time...I think should start branching out onto other islands.

Iain M  (17 August 2004)

Scottish family from Glasgow travelled with Zakfari on the lost-rented-car day. Won a watch with a great lot of travelling companions and the best driver. If you go on this tour ask for Peter the Welsh driver. His knowledge of the island and enthusiasm for off-road was brill. If you don't do anything else on the island, do this. Oh, and don't believe a word Lee says!! Hope the bloke from Northampton got his picture!

Kev &  (17 August 2004)

Went on seal day! Great way to see the island and the drivers were value for money in themselves, they are all mad! Dont down too many bottles of Mythos the night before though!!! Cathy has the magnifying glass on the photo`s trying to spot that elephant. You get an amazing view of the island from atop a mountain and our swimwear from that sulpher beach still smells of rotten eggs. Cheers for a great day Paul

Kev (in trouble so has to buy more jewellery) and Cathy (who will make sure i do)

Lisa C  (16 August 2004)

Hi guys,
We are back in rainswept England! would rather be back in Zante with the "beautiful people" enjoying the tour, I can honestly say it was the highlight of a great holiday, we recomended the zakfari to many people hope they tried it! by the way Paul, Louis really regrets not going out for a few beers, pizza, and the strip joint with you all, maybe next time?
all the best to you all,
Lisa,theatre nurse, size 6. Andy, paramedic,size 9. Jenny,sports, size 8. Louis,(gobby), rugby,size 6.

Nicola D  (16 August 2004)

Went on lost rent a car day! Wed 4th aug!
What a brilliant day! Travelled on my own with m son Logan and was made to feel at ease! All in our jeep were good fun! Banged me head a few times on jeep every time i stood up!
The sights were fantastic as were the stories, but im afraid i still cant see the bloomin horse!!
This trip is a must and we shall definately partake again next time in Zante!

Anne S  (16 August 2004)

We went on Olympic's Opening Day and had a great time. Paul and our driver Spyros kept us entertained with all their 'true' stories about the island. The off road part was amazing! I'd recommend it to anyone. The best day of our holiday without a doubt!

Jen A  (14 August 2004)

As a rep there this is the excursion that i reccomended to everyone. It is an amazing day out, the guides know all there is to know about the island but make it funny. remember to take your camera because you will take some amazing photo's especially of the shipwreck. hope this business goes on for a long time. jen ex olympic
one thing ladies, wear a strong bikini top, those jeeps really bounce!

Gemma C  (12 August 2004)

Hi i was on the,the rent car got lost day-we had a great day on zakfari was a great part of the holiday even though u have to use ur imgionation a little bit with the storys you get told.Thanx to the great driver paul he had us all laffing and thanx for letting me sit in the front. i recommend this to other people its a great day.thanx

Laura C  (11 August 2004)

My Boyfriend and I experienced a wonderful day on the Zakfari. It was value for money, it showed us the sights of the beautiful Island that is Zante and allowed us to see the famous shipwreck! Our guide for the day, and driver of our jeep was Malcolm, he was full of interesting facts about the Island, he was approachable and really cared about what you had to say and answered any questions you may have had. At the end of the day, we visited a beach near the Sulphur springs, it was a experience that left us all smelling slightly!hahaha. Malcolm told us that it was his last day and that he was retrning to England to run his own pub and be close to his grandchildren, we just wanted to say, thank you for an unforgettable day and good luck in the future malcolm, Zakfari and Zante will miss you.

Gill N  (11 August 2004)

Went on Flat Battery day.Had a Brilliant time and learnt a lot even managed to see some turtles.Lee was our driver .Best day of our holiday.

Gemma W  (11 August 2004)

My husband and I did Zakfari at the end of our first week in Zante and we thought it was superb. The history and information that Saria gave us was amazing and it was a really good laugh being thrown around in the back of the Jeep! The view of the shipwreck from the cliff walk that Saria took us on, was out of this world and we got some amazing photos. I would recommend it to anyone.

Keith L  (10 August 2004)

Was in the party when Lee was drowned, called drowned the guide day, well this day was the best of all covered in dust bumped arouned, sore feet ( not really ) lee just made us laugh none stop, and the storys he told well just great,,, Girls he is good looking guy,,

Andrew K  (09 August 2004)

This was by far the best day of the holiday. We went on Sam's day in July, and had a great time. It was well worth the money, and Spiros was good fun (hope the hot date went well!)

Never had a swim in anything like the sulphur springs, an invigourating experience. My ring hasn't recovered yet (if you know what I mean...!)

Alan P  (09 August 2004)

Kevin, what did the snake day entail? Sounds like fun!

Fiona G  (09 August 2004)

Beautiful People - Had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! You need a radio or more imagination with your singing games if you are to continue to entertain! Thanks for a great day!

Jean B  (09 August 2004)

We went on the Guide Drowning day Had a great time. Last year we got half way round the trip before it was rained off. This year it was a different kettle of fish. Lovely sunny day. Did the whole trip. Really good fun driving off road. Much better than the coach trip and they didn't take us to Volimes which I have been to several times and found quite boring on every occasion. Great views of the island from the second higest point and spectacular views of ship wreck bay. The guys running the tour are excellent (hope Paul has got over his throat infection). Would recommend anybody to do this trip

Alex F  (09 August 2004)

We went on Teacher's Day. Thanks for a fab day out. It was the highlight of my visit to Zante - a definite MUST. A great way to see the island and to get away from the tourists! It was a very well planned day and our guides were very funny.

Ronnie M  (08 August 2004)

We went on Teacher's Day. Special mention to our guide and driver Peter with whom we felt very safe on bumpy terrain. Peter's knowledge of the island was first class. Why not sell cold drinks from cool boxes on the jeeps as the water we took quickly became too warm!

Great day out, something a bit different would highly recommned it.

Chris C  (07 August 2004)

We went on teacher's day!!! Fantastic day out which we both enjoyed very much. Big thank you to Paul who was our driver and guide for the day. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the island. For those of you on Lee's jeep it wasn't Bob Holness' house that you saw it was that of the local kebab van owner.

You must go on this trip but wear sensible shoes (not flip flops) as we must thank our rep for not telling us this.

Excellent day. Chris (Nick) and Helen who live in the shoebox off the M3.

Zante L  (07 August 2004)

The best day of our entire holiday. (we went on teachers day) This should not be missed by any anybody. We got hot, dirty, teased and loved every minute of it. (We even saw a turtle which we'd been hunting for all holiday). The guides are brilliant-they crack jokes and tell anecdotes almost constantly and really know their stuff. This is the best way to see the island and great if you're getting resort overload. Wasn't sure whether the rep was just trying to flog us a trip when we booked but all that she said was true- i challenge anyone not to enjoy themselves. I agree with the comments made about not going with other operators - they are in closed in vehicles with no air conditioning which is absolutely vital in the high temperatures. Plus the open air element adds to the atmosphere.
Thanks to the guides if they're reading this- especially to Lee who was hilarious. YOU MUST DO THIS TRIP!

Viki F  (06 August 2004)

We went on 'teacher day' (owing to the large - well 3 - number of teachers on the tour!) Had a fab day really enjoyed the tall tales and the humour. Fully recommed this - do not go with any other safari provider I have seen how they drive! Also the open air design of the truck has got to win points for comfort!

Glyn B  (06 August 2004)

beautiful people day.
don,t go on the bus trips, take the zakfari any day.
more adventure in one day than you can shake a stick at.
great people and the best trip on the island plus you get some really
tall stories.
highlight of the day -swimming in frezzing cold sulphur water.
superb.

Adrianne R  (06 August 2004)

mandy dodson, good grief how many holidays do you have you lucky thing?! Hope you didnt get bitten this time!!! From The Smiths (Adrianne and Adi)!!!

Mandy D  (06 August 2004)

Hi we went on the day Lee was drowned (not really) he was just chucked into the sea. This was our second time on this tour and what another great day we had all the kids had a great time thanks Paul Hope to see you again

Rimmer   (04 August 2004)

Sandra - Just a follow up to your day on the tour and comments. All vehicles do carry a first aid kit on board. Was there something missing, or something that we didnt have on board. Please let me know, by email if you wish on info@zakfari.com. Thanks, and i'm glad you had a great day anyway.

Ross N  (04 August 2004)

Flat Battery Day!!!

Hi Peter,Paul, Spiros and Lee.

We had a great day and certainly a highlight of our holiday on Zante.
Certainly, maybe, not the most comfortable but the best way to see the island. Many thanks for a memorable trip.

Best wishes, Lizzie and Ross Neilson

Gemma B  (04 August 2004)

The Beautiful People (29th July 2004)

This trip was the best activity we did in Zakynthos... we got to see loads of interesting sights and had a great laugh on our jeep with our tour guide Paul. Thanks for a great day!!

Gemma and Sharon, Edinburgh

Sandra C  (04 August 2004)

The Beautiful People Friday 29 July 2004

This was an exciting and thrilling trip, which highlighted many of the areas of Zante which we would have never been able to experience from the top of the hills. Our son was initially scared of coming out of the jeep, due to the increased heights. Our family would like to thank both Paul and our driver Coulious for an enjoyable day. I would like to suggest that all the vehicles must carry a fully equipped first aid box, just in case of any accidents with the paasengers during those walks in the steep hills. This is a trip not to be missed!!

Jimmy S  (02 August 2004)

On trip on the 15th July with Spiros,Malcolm and Peter, great time was had, Lunch stop not really up to the rest of standards in Zante, by well recommended.

Jackie H  (02 August 2004)

The Beautiful People. Friday 29th July2004
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
We had the best day of our holiday with Zakfari, (no, I wasn't paid to say that) we got to see sights on the tour that we would never have found ourselves.
If you are visiting Zante this day out is really one you must not miss.
Jackie

PS. If organising trip with Golden Sun reps, check time of departure
8.45 not 9.30.

Joanne B  (01 August 2004)

If I mention the word Lulu would you know who we are? Wendy, the girls and I have just returned from Zante after the best holiday ever. Anyone visiting the island MUSt go on this tour. The whole day is fantastic and a big thumbs up to Lee and the Crew. Lee was our driver for the day and he had us in fits of laughter. We learnt loads about the island, its history and had such a great day. Dont go to Zante and not go on this trip.

Gordon M  (31 July 2004)

We were on the "the other firm's safari has a puncture but has forgot to bring a spare day" Paul is fantastic. His knowledge of the island is superb and his stories are very amusing. Superb day. The "other firm" comment tells a tale all of its own. Zakfari are the business. Thanks.

Kim & Darren  (30 July 2004)

We went on Bens Day out and had a great time despite bumping into the ice cream ladys van - very amusing. Everyone who goes to Zante should do this, its the best trip on the island and you get to see most of it during the trip. Thanks Guys

Rimmer   (29 July 2004)

Oops, should be 33 per child!

Rimmer   (29 July 2004)

John & Hil  (27 July 2004)

We went on the Safari on Saturday 18th July "Sams Day" (Named after a accident prone youngster!) The whole day was excellent, Malcolm led the group well with interesting info at various stops, Spyros our driver (quite a carachter & great guy) pointed out things on route. Off road stuff was great even though we picked up a couple of "small" bugs on route! A great day out well worth the money as you get to see the bits of the Island you wouldnt normally and a good laugh with the other people on the Safari. (Hello to Andy & Evellyn!)

Nick B  (27 July 2004)

We went on "the other firm's safari has a puncture but has forgot to bring a spare day". Myself and Deborah(not Debbie) had a great day seeing the sights of Zante. Paul proved to be an excellent guide and fantastic "story" teller. He needs to bring up to date with the new breed of maths teachers. Thanks for the best day of the holidays

Neil B (27 July 2004)

How much is this trip then?

Im going to Zante in Sept and by the looks of the notes and opinions about this trip i think Ill definatly be going!!!

Kevin J  (26 July 2004)

Excellent day. Very factual and entertaining. The best way of viewing the Island. Snake day was one of the best days of our holiday. Thanks to Peter, malcolm, and Spiros.

Dave & Sue  (25 July 2004)

We went on ''ran out of fuel day''. An absolutely wonderful day.
It was made all the more fun by being in the jeep with Paul, with his fantastic sense of humour. It is definitely worth going on this trip. There are so many places you see that no other trip would take you to. We would like to thank all the crew for an enjoyable day, and wish them the best of luck in future petrol shortages!!!

We went on "brake fail day" (not as scary as it sounds!) and had a fantastic day. If there's one thing you should do on your holiday to Zakynthos it is this. The guides are excellent - very entertaining and knowledgeable (esp Lee and Spiros) and you get to see so much of the island in one day. The open-top jeeps are definitely better than those offered by other "safaris" on the island and I would definitely recommend this to anyone - it's worth every penny and great fun. Thanks again to all involved.

We went on Zakfari on Pork or Chicken day 14th July. All the comments made on this site are absolutely correct, a fantastic day out and worth every penny. The best holiday excursion we have ever been on. Paul our driver was very entertaining and certainly knows his stuff about Zante plus a bit more. We would recommend this tour to anybody. We were lucky to be in the lead jeep those following behind did get a bit dusty but all part of the fun. Thanks again Paul for a great day.

We travelled on 'run out of petrol' day - luckily spare tank kicked in! Malcolm was our driver (I sat behind him)- full of stories. Experience was brill! Loved the off road section, even with the dust and bugs falling in causing a stir! Saw a snake (on the road) so it was NEARLY a real safari!! This was the only excursion we did and can't think of a better way to see the island! DO NOT WEAR FLIPFLOPS! Had a great day but was very achy the next day - all that clinging on!! Thanks to all the drivers and to Paul.

We went on the 2nd July on the "Perfect Day" tour, and that it was! The ride was much more comfortable than I expected and not as bumpy as I had read on other reviews, maybe they were being gentle to us! We went to the highest point on the Island, which was breath taking (you could almost see the whole of Zante). And so too was the shipwreck (although take a boat trip as well, if you can). In all we did four tours and this was by far the best one! I highly reccommend it!!

WE WENT ON THE JEEP SAFARI WHEN THE STAG DO GOT RESCUED BY SPEED BOAT. WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AND VISITED SOME GREAT LOCATIONS. THE GUIDES ARE BRILLIANT MALCOLM OUR DRIVER KEPT US WELL ENTERTAINED THROUGHOUT. THEY HAVE SOME GREAT STORIES ABOUT THE ISLAND AND THE FREE WINE TASTING WENT DOWN A TREAT. THIS TRIP IS A MUST DO AND ALTHOUGH IT IS A LITTLE BIT MORE MONEY THAN OTHERS ITS WORTH DOING THE ZAKFARI.

Great day on the Zakfari (2 American Girls Day - 2nd July) Lee was our Guide, and despite only looking at the road every 30 seconds, was excellent! Nearly felt like pushing crazy Jason (+ family from hell) off a cliff, but thankfully weren't in our Jeep - WOO HOO!!!

Big hello to everyone else who was in Lee's Jeep and is reading this! And many thanks to Paul and everyone else at Zakfari.

David & Chrystal.

ps - Oh, and we got engaged a few days later..... yay!

WE WENT ON 30TH JUNE; WE ARE TWO MEMBERS OF THE 5 ON THE STAG TRIP THAT WAS RESCUED BY THE ITALIAN ON THE SPEED BOAT. WHAT CAN WE SAY?? THIS WAS THE MOST AMAZING DAY EVER, LEGENDARY, IN FACT!! WE HAD LEE AS A DRIVER; HE SMASHED IT TO SAY THE LEAST.... (TIP FOR LEE::: TRY AND FIGURE OUT YOUR LEFT, FROM YOUR RIGHT, BEFORE SHOUTING WARNINGS OF RANDOM BRANCHES, HITTING US ON THE GO-NADS)!!! THANKS VERY MUCH
PS:: 'RIMMER' AND LEE NEED TO SORT OUT THE SEXUAL TENSION BETWEEN THEM, BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED!!!
