Returned yesterday from Tsilivi. We were fortunate enough to stay at the Ariadne - which is brilliant! The apartment was cleaned daily and linen was changed every other day, the view from all of the apartments were brilliant, the staff were all very welcoming. The pool area was always clean and the pool was great! (My one whinge would be - when did we brits become like the germans?? Woke up on the first morning at about 8am and there were already at least 10+ towels out on sunloungers with no-one in sight!!! Sometimes the towels owners would not appear until 2pm!!) Sorry but had to say it!!
The location of the apartments is brilliant, far enough away from the main road to be quiet. The hill wasn't a problem - it looks a lot worse than it is!!
The apartments are located past the Level bar and two brothers cocktail bars off a turning on the left on the main road through Tsilivi (heading towards Tragaki?)
Air con was 35 euros for the week and about 15 euros for the safety deposit box.
This was by far the best accomodation I have ever stayed in when visiting Greece!

Stayed at the Ariadne in June, very good accommadation, very clean and comftable. You do get use to the hill. Location is ideal closer enough to the town yet far enough away to be very quite and the views are stunning. Have been to Tsilivi five times now and this is the first time i would go back to the same accommadation. There is air conditioning in the rooms think it was 35 euro's for a week, all rooms do have sea views even the one in the corner behind the bar. If you go past the two brothers then the ark bar and turn left by the large super market and then up the hill and it is just up on the right. Hope this helps.

Hi. Been to Tsilivi 3 times now but never stayed in the Ariadne apartments. Booked in to stay there for 2 weeks in September this year. They do sound very nice-going off comments posted on here about them. Could anyone tell me exactly whereabouts they are?....Also,do they all still have sea views(ie no further developements been made)?.......Do they have safety deposit boxes in rooms and fans to hire?....and at what price?................CHEERS!!

We stayed here for two weeks in August 2006. When we checked in we asked if we could have a room with a sea view and were told that all the rooms have a sea view. How true was that, PERFECT. What a Hotel with a fab views. STUNNING. The hill leading up the Hotel was a little off putting at first but you soon came used to it and it was well worth it. The rooms were excellent aswell. Could not have wished for more. Would certainly recommend it to all.Carolyn, Andy & Chloe Parker (Mansfield, Notts) ![]()

Me and Dawn had 2 weeks at the ARIADNE last year after she chose it in holiday broucher and it didnt do it justice. We enjoyed it that much we went again this year 25/08/-08/09/06 and enjoyed just as much as the 1st time. Theres not one single fault with the appartments and HELEN,COSTAS, PAMELA and not forgetting YANNIS are really great people . I can recomend helens chesse and onion toasties as well as her chicken salads . we`re deffinately going back next year for our holidays now that we`ve managed to conquer THE HILL!!!!!!!! but its well worth the sweat and huffing and puffing when your up there as the views are fantastic.
See you next year sometime in august
