mark coldwell - have you not read my previous messages??? I don't think I can really add anything other than what I've already said. If you can't figure out why we weren't impressed from those comments I don't know what else I can say!! As I said in my message previous to this one, each to their own, but it wasn't really my idea of a good time. I thought that's what this message board was for, to give your opinions and not to be persuaded by the majority. I apologise for having an opinion of my own!

As I said before Pam, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and being given a poor service by hotel staff when on holiday is something which I don't rate very highly. The world would be a very boring place if we all thought the same and, just think, the fact that I won't want to go to the Perkes Hotel again makes sure that there will always be a room available for you!!
