I can honestly say in all my travels to the Greek islands this is the worst meal I have ever had. Chicken died of old age it was that tough and as for service they were trying to move us before our knives/forks touched the table.
Never had a bad meal here during our stay. Yannis, Peter, Peter and Sasha (looks like Sasha Distelle honestly) were very hospitable. Try the speciality Kontosouvli (on the spit) - delicious.
We foolishgy booked a boat trip on the Delphini - day from hell. The only flat bottomed boat that can get right inside the blue caves. Yes I am sure it can but not when the sea is mega rough and all other boats had turned around. Not us we kept on trying. Stopped 2 or 3 times for a dip in the sea, didn't get to the shipwreck, turtles, dolphins - in fact basically spent 8 hours on a hunk of rust being ripped off by the snack bar. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND HOLIDAY. Owner did offer us a free trip another time - needless to say we declined.
Visited Porto Zorro a few times. Lovely clean and quiet beach. Taverna on the beach is a welcome relief from the sun and fairly priced, though the menu is limited.
Discovered Porto Roma on our travels. Not as nice as Porto Zorro but still quiet, though initially rocky to get in. Found the people who ran the taverna to be miserable as sin and really put us off the area, went back to Zorro the following day.
