I am interested to know if any entertainment is put on during the day or in the evenings at the Admiral. Secondly I have two children (12 & 14) who get quite bored sitting in a pub watching their parents get drunk. Are there any decent pubs that have entertainment suitable for children e.g. quizzes, bingo, pool, arcade games etc.

I suffer terribly from midgie bites. Can anyone tell me if I will have a problem with them here?If the answer is YES, what can I use?

We were at the Admiral between 29th July & 12th August. You couldn't get moved for kids of all ages. We have a son 14 and daughter 12. They both made loads of friends. In fact we never saw our son for a fortnight.
