Has anyone been to the Bozikis Palace Hotel this year? We are going 15th Sept and some of the comments from last year have put me off !!!

We had a great holiday - hotel was just what we hoped for.The location was quiet enough to sleep but close enough (5 to 10 minute stroll)to the beach and tavernas. Supermarket next door,El Greco restaurant 20 mtrs away and Venus bar/snack bar on site. What more could you ask for?

The comments from Shaz (Oct 2001) worried us before our holiday last year, but I think she was at the Bozikis Aparments ( which are nowhere near the hotel) and not the Bozikis Palace.
Our room was cleaned every day, with hand and bath towels changed.
The owner and the "caretaker" were very friendly and helpful and the two guys who run the pool bar were great.
The hotel is quite a distance from the main strip (about a 15 minute walk), but reception will phone for a taxi for you.Just remember that when you're coming back, tell the driver that you want the Bozikis Palace Hotel or you could end up at the apartments.
