loved it!!was there when pool shut for ONE day (not a couple as previously mentioned by one guest!!)sophie the rep was brilliant and made what could have been a annoying situation run v smoothly.she sorted out three other pools for our use!the hotels brill and the food excellent, can't wait for next year!keep smiling soph, and hotel staff!!

am actually in zante at the mo in a net cafe!loving it here, everyone really friendly and will do everything to help you out!entertainment ok, but could be better.food fab,staff lovely,and sophie(rep)is a credit to first choice.only niggle is flying back at six am, but its made our holiday cheaper by doing so, so i guess its worth it!

thanks to sophie for all her hard work, she really helped us when a death occured in my family in the uk, she was an absolute saviour, we will be writing to the company to commend her. thankyou for everything
