The big greek guy who tried to drag us in every night is a complete asshole. We gave it a try within the first few days of arriving in the resort. Although the meal was ok, we didn't return. Me and my mate wanted to try different places each night and when you said no, you can tell he was insulting you in greek by the tone of his voice. This put us off going back and the offer of free wine each night isn't worth it as it tastes rank!

Just got back today after 2 weeks at the Savvas. Me and my mate have never been to Zante with Kosmar before and found the service to be ok but not good. When we arrived at the apts, the transfer rep showed us which block we were in and left us to find our room. The coach driver dropped us off at the end of the road and we were in a block at the very back of the complex. It's hard work dragging your suitcase across the bumpy path and up to the 2nd floor with no lifts!

The apts were basic but if you only use the room to shower and sleep in, they are ok. Had no problems with flooding or anything but they only clean every few days which isn't nice when you have to put toilet paper in a little bin.

Pool wasn't green! but there were quite a few bugs floating about and you could see the sunlotion marks on the pool tiles where it wasn't cleaned.

The location is good as it is only 5 mins from the main strip so you can sleep at night.

Overall, a typical basic accomodation. Not horrible but I have stayed in better.
