Kris, for your info, if you are at the Hotel Venus, turn to face the main high street, in front of you to the right slightly, you will see an pale orange colour building that is the Athina Apartments, if you walk up towards the main road just before you go up the hill there is a dirt track on your right go down there and you will be right next to the Athina.

You will have a lovely time there, if we hadn't left it too late to book we would be staying there for our Honeymoon in May, but we will still be dropping by to say hello to everyone and to see the kittens!

We stayed in Kalamaki in September last year and i got attacked by the mosquitos! we went to this chemist and the lady was very helpful, she spoke good English and gave me everything that i needed to take away the itching and pain!

Lets face it, why would such a small island have a big, all singing, all dancing airport, we dont go on holiday just for the airport's do we?, i think it adds to the character of an island which i love and have, so far, returned to 4 times.

This place is excellent its a must if you stay in kalamaki
