me and my wife went last year for two weeks from august 31st-september 14th we had one of the best holidays we have ever had! we thought the bar was great, really good entertainment,cocktails and the people were so friendly. also the island was beautiful, really nice beaches and crystal clear blue sea, we are going back this year for the same two weeks CANT WAIT!!.

Spent two great weeks at the cosmopolitan appartments and paradise bar. Thanks to Yannis,Dimis, Toni,Marios and Nicos for making our stay so much fun!! Sam and Ash (15) were made to feel very special being involved in all the entertainment, (specially enjoyed the Bob Marley night!) The coctails were good and after partying into the early hours had many a headache to prove it! Cant wait to come back next year! Maybe bring our daughters next time (they've seen your photo Dimis and wish they'd been with us!!) See you all in 2004. Thanks again for a fantastic time-Steve,Maz,Sam and Ash.

Having been to these appatments in 2000 we booked again to return this year. Checking out this web site i was apprehensive after reading so many negative comments.
On our arrival the first word we heard was "welcome" from the very friendly owners. We were actually in the same appartment as the previous visit and found it to be clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The bed linen and towels were changed regularly and the appartment cleaned daily by the very friendly maid. The appartments are only small but are perfectly adequate and the friendliness of the staff far outway the benefits of a little extra space that you dont need anyway!
The pool area was hosed down daily and the pool very clean. There are plenty of sunloungers with cushions that are much more comfortable than the ones on the beach!
The noise from the bar can be somewhat loud well into the early hours,our appartment was ajoining the bar, the music is not booming dance music but more middle of the road and did'nt disturb us too much. What did disturb us, again in the early hours, was the foul mouthed english holiday makers, not necessarily staying in the appartments, who had too much to drink and no consideration for other people. You can stay at the Ritz and have these same ignorant people for neighbours and have the same problem. It is not the fault of the establishment or the staff.
For the price we paid for our holiday we had good value for money, good service from Mel, our Kosmar rep and from the staff at the cosmopolitan. We would thouroughly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and basic base from which to enjoy this beautiful island.

We went with Spyros on the morning of saturday 6th September. We had previously been on the big boat trip and had read about levante on the internet, this trip was fantastic. Spyros allowed Sam and Ash (15) to sit on the front of the speed boat all the way to the shipwreck, he also invited all the children and women on board to drive! What a wonderful experience!
We were able to dive off the boat to go to the shipwreck beach (you need tough feet as the beach is very sharp!) there are only 20 on the boat and not a big boat in sight.
A nice stop at a taverna for lunch and a swim (dont forget your snorkel, thanks to the family who loaned sam a snorkel and mask to use as we forgot ours!)
Spyros told us some lovely stories of the history of the wreck and the caves. A thoroughly enjoyable morning we would have booked the afternoon trip to the other side of the island only the storms stopped play! Maybe next year.
