Truly one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in Greece. Without exception the service and food were excellent, and I would just like to say that the guy who lays the tables has to be the best Clement Freud impersonator I have ever seen. If you are going to eat there, try and get him to smile. I did, and it was well worth the effort. Thanks to all the staff who made this single, eating alone, feel welcome and important. Cheers!!

Rainbow is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet base a little out of town. The taverna is OK, but the main selling point has to be its close proximity to Michaelo's Restaurant, easily the best on the island. The rooms are basic but clean, the plumbing needs to be treated with care though, the water pressure is erratic at best! Watch out for the changes when you are in the shower. The balconies get the sun in the morning, so you get a cool shade after lunch, great if you want an hour or two out of the sun. Athena, who seems to manage the place is helpful and attentive. All in all, good, but don't expect any luxury

Went to this restaurant last year(see comment below) and because it was so good, I've decided to saty in Kalamki again, in July of this year. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! An absolute MUST if you are going to visit the island
