Happy new year guys, Woody, Jimmy, Scott. How is your winter, how are yous doing, are you going to be at Sofia's summer 2004? I hope so as we have already booked to come back in June for two weeks, and we are so looking forward to being there again.

As for the occasion comments i read on the Sofia's message board concerning Sofia's staff and the Management well i have been working in the Hospitality Industry for nearly 18 years now. My self and my wife are both Irish. What we have to say is that the Management and staff of Sofia's know excactly how to show their professionalism, especially when we are talking about the young chap which runs the bar which in hes case knows excactly how to do hes job. Being an owner as well though is not liked by some.
