We booked with Mamfredas Tours in Alykes - very helpful and not too pushy - and the tour was with TEZ. An excellent tour and guide and it was only 8000 drachmas in June which is pretty good for a day trip including ferry. Only extras 2300 dr for cave entrances, but we were told that in advance.

very good food - if you just want a snack, try the homemade houmous and tsadziki with warm bread. Have heard the homemade taramasalata is also excellent, but they couldn't get hold of the fish roe to make it and they wouldn't serve plastic bought stuff

Agree with the last comment - worth driving here -bring food and drink as there is no taverna on the beach for very good conservation reasons. One of the most pleasant beaches we've ever been on
