5 minute walk from the main centre of Laganas, great view from the front of the hotel and very friendly staff.

The hotel personnel are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are replaced every 3rd day. The bedroom size is reasonable for two people but would be a struggle for 3 with limited cupboard space for your clothes and cases. The bathroom is very very small and the shower head is not attached to the wall, why? Each room has a fridge, with soft drinks and water supplied at a fair price. Safes are supplied in the rooms at 20 Euros for the week, but can be easily removed due to being only attached to the wall by one bolt. Air conditioning was free in July and cooled the room quickly. The on site restaurant serves food all day and night and is reasonably priced. The swimming pool is ok but the whirl pools are disgusting and are not used very often. The hotel has over 480 rooms and between 2am and 6am can become very noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Poseidon but I'm afraid the negatives have outweighed the positives.
