We ahev satyed in Sofia's before, and it was a wonderful place to stay.  I wasn't too far from the beach and had a shop and bar open nealry all day.  The straff who are mostly the family of Sofia, were wonderfully helpfull and always smiling.  Try and stop me from going back 

We have been to this island and resort many times.  Love the Mermaids, the food, the people.  They are kind, friendly and alwyas do there best to help.  If you want a big meal, value for money we highly recommend this lovely restaurant.  With us now having a disbaled member of out family we find this restaurnat accessable and are looking forward to eating there again next year  (you hear that con -we're coming back!!). I have my 16th and 18th birthday meals in there and are looking forward to having my 20th in there too  (i want a chocolate torte for my 20th next year on the 14th of august one table for 5)!!

We have been to daist before and really enjoyed our stays. 

stayed in Sofias 12 years ago and loved it there.  We have been back to Kalamaki many more times since and have always been welcomed back into soifas with open arms from her and her 2 girls in the shop.  It is such a shame that one day we will go over and they wont be there no more. For those of you that dont know Sofia is haveing to sell the whole complex for family reasons.  I hoep the sale takes a few more trips to go.  Everything was always clean and we found all the friendly, the staff however on the inside may have changed in the years since we have stayed. 

Booked for next year what is there to do at the apartments?

Myself and a friend are staying at the Ionian Blue in 6 weeks and was wondering how everyone else found it.  I have read many reviews on many different sites some good others bad.  I have been to Kalamaki many times and know that everything is clean and tidy, people are always welcoming.  Please help i would like to know if all the good reviews are true as some of them are really old.

We loved this bar the guys really made a great nite out want to go bk (returned to the uk on friday)!!

Ate here once and had amazing food in here.  Sam on the door always greeted the two of us with hugs and kisses.  The others looked after us in there too.  If anyone is going soon can you please write back as i have a massive favour to ask you. 

Its no longer up for sale and the family still run it xx
