The food is excellent, my favouate being Pinapple Chicken. Always cooked well and good amount. Our children loved it, the youngest cried when we said we wasn't going there. Louise is a lovely person, always having time to talk. Alan is a great guy, in between running about he'll just stop dead and have a chat, always trying to please. After the end of the holiday you would have thought we had known them years.

It was the Planos Bay we stayed at. Room nice and clean and good size to say there was 5 of us, 2 adults 3 kids and yes it is a family hotel. Chistos is a great manager of the hotel with a keen eye for whats happening and he seems to pride himself on remembering the name of the guest. Bar Staff and reps couldn't be faulted. Will go back. Well done to Ben and Danial for doing the kids discos etc.

We was very please with everything at the Planos Bay Apts. Reps always helpfull and kids group was also good. Hotel spot on. Only problem is Zakynthos Airport, what a joke but thats not the fault of First Choice, they handelled it well. I wouldn't like their job.
