Myself and two relatives have just returned from a two week stay although the apartments and cleaner were fantastic, olympic holidays and their rep jessie were not.Being pensioners and disabled we were not included in any meeting to discuss available trips or told about departure times until the day before. So when we asked to be picked up from vezals which is virtually next door we were told that the coach was not allowed on the beach at 3.30am, this turned out to be a complete lie as after being made ill from dragging the luggage up the beach to bad boyz the coach then went down the beach to vezals and back up.We also tried to speak about being woken every morning at 4am but the rep could not be found until after 6pm and then told us there was nothing that could be done.We understand that the younger generation love having a laugh but all we asked was for a bit of consideration and with the respect that we deserve as we paid the same money as everyone else but were not treated so. If anyone is considering booking through olympic then think again

olympic..........wouldnt recommend these to anyone. just returned from a two week stay at alex apartments and thought they were great so is the cleaner but booked through olympic BIG BIG MISTAKE especially if you are from the older generation as for the rep jessie what a waste of time NEEDS SACKING she was all me me me and the young lads. Theo  if you read this CHANGE YOUR TOUR OPERATOR and for the sake of you customers CHANGE YOUR REP they are letting you down

we visited zante for the first time ever in june 05 stayed at elite studios which comes highly recommended and found manos to be really greatour rep warren was fantastic and the bbq nights great fun. my sister has been 6 or 7 times and always uses manos so they must be doing a lot right and we have booked through these again for 06

the spiral staircase leads up to the very top apartments so unless you are in apartment 13 or 14 then no you dont have to drag your luggage up there.There are two flights of stairs but it depends on what apartment you have and yes you have to carry your own luggage . Last year when maria and spiros ran the elite it was very clean but the people that run it now i am not sure about but we are due to go again in sept and hope it is still the same but the location you could not ask for better   the first photo is the elite bar the second is the beach which is just down a few steps .the third pic is of the pool. so you can see it is a great place to stay.
