Last year we spent every night at Plus Soda as it was just the best bar in the resort by far- the freindliest staff, the best entertaiment and the best music.  But unfortunatly all good things come to an end!!  I've just returned from 2 weeks in Kalamki and spent only 2 nights in the bar.

Such a friendly bar.  We went there every night - and had a suppurb time.  Jimmi was the most friendliest waiter on the Island and Yanni was the so welcoming  - its great to go to a bar in Greece and actually be served by the locals.  Yanni taught us loads of Greek words and by the end of the 2 weeks is was very sad to say goodbye.

Great choice of movies if you want to curl up on the sofas on a warm night  - or sit on the other side of the bar and chill to the music.

After spending our holiday last year at the Whitehouse Apts - this years 2 week stay at Athina was a very enjoyable stay.  Very friendly staff and the rooms were cleaned every day (unlike WH)  We were lucky and had a beach side balcony view - but there were some above trhe shop and restruant (the worst in the resort by the way) which i'm not sure i would have been impressed with.

Superb food - supperb suroundings and superb staff.  We ate there loads of times whilst in Kalamki and i cant think of a single fault with the place.  Fair enough it may be more expencive the the other restaurants - but which other one can offer such high quality food and stuuning suroundings.  All the waiters were so friendly and couldnt do anything else for you - one even saved my lighter that i had left and gave me it back 2 nights later - it was only one of those cheap plastic ones!!!  Highly reccomended
