We have just returned from a holiday in Amoudi and would like to thank all the staff (Soula, Andreas, Diane - especially for the wonderful meals) for making our holiday so pleasant and relaxing. We chose to eat at The Clear Horizon every night, because the quality (and quantity) of the food is unrivalled anywhere else in Amoudi, Alikanas or Alikes.

I would also like to say hello to Helen and Judith, as well as the lovely Irish group who were there in mid-May 2006. Also, hello to Eddie and Jeanette!

We would recommend The Clear Horizon above all others -- we used to adore The Olympic in Alikes, but Andreas, you proved us wrong. This place is fantastic.

My family and I visited this taverna as guests of the owners of the Remezzo apartments - Argiro, Nikos and their sons. The meals were absolutely delicious; authentic Greek cuisine such as stuffed tomatoes, dolmades, fresh vegetables and mouthwateringly succulent roast lamb.

I have visited this taverna several times throughout the years that I have stayed in Amoudi, and I have always found the meals to be very reasonably priced and certainly a pleasant place to eat after a hard day's swimming or relaxing by the pool. The service is friendly and effiicient, and the restaurant overlooks the Ionian sea. It's a beautiful place to enjoy a meal as the sun is setting over the sea. The kitchens are spotless (you can see into them from the restaurant) and the food is fresh. I particularly recommend the meat and seafood dishes.

Thank you to all at the Achillion for your hospitality this May -- I won't forget the fun of Eurovision night there -- and we certainly hope to see you again very soon. Our love to Argiro and Nikos, as well.
