We ate there only once after eating in almost every other restaurant in Argassi, never again. I ordered chicken fillet in a brandy, cream and stilton sauce, what I got was a rubbery fillet in a cream type sauce with not even a hint of brandy or stilton. Also the waiters were surly and didn't seem to understand anything but Greek, we're in Greece I know, but if you are catering for the english, then surely it helps if you can speak the language.
We ate there three times whilst in Argassi from 20 July to 4 Aug, the food was fantastic!!! If you love meat, you'll love Ethnic, no veggies here please.
Ate there several times for lunch/dinner and we were so impressed by everything that we booked it for our wedding reception on 29 July. Adonis, the owner couldn't have been more accommadating, he gave us the balcony area to ourselves and supplied dedicated waiters. We informed him ofvthe dishes everbody wanted and on the day they arrived promptly and cooked to perfection. Adonis even gave my wife a big bunch of flowers! Go there, you won't be disappointed, I personally recommend the Lamb Wrap and the grilled haloumi, the moussaka is the best on the island! The house wine is fantastic too, coming from Adonis' village. Vassili, the chef is a genius, the banoffee pie was a masterpiece, everything was truly excellent.
Adonis, Vassili and the staff, if you read this, thank you so much for making our wedding day extra special and for your kindness and generosity, when my family and I return to Argassi we will definitely visit you again. On behalf of my wife and I you are a prince among men THANKYOU!!!
We stayed in Argassi from 20 july to 4 august and came here every night, loved it especially quiz nights which we won 3 times on the trot!!! All staff very friendly and entertaining. After closing, Matt came along with myself and mates on stag nite and we ate breakfast together at Ruby's, before giving up at 8 am! On my wedding nite, my wife and I popped in and was thrilled when we were presented with a bottle of champagne.
