Christina Hotel - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

Can anybody tell me where the Christina Appartments are located in Tsilivi?
Comments indicate they are out of town up a hill.
Is this by the Zante Palace, the Park Hotel, the Maritime Museum or the Alexandra Hotel?
I know Tsilivi quite well but can't get specific information.
Very grateful for information.
