Hi, We are going back to the Bitzaro Grande for the 3rd time in a year tomorrow !.

It is a fantastic hotel, everybody is so friendly and we are so looking forward to seeing everyone again. The food is great along with the entertainment  - and as Ghelly has said Thomas and Tina are back !

In fact everything is great there !   See you all tomorrow !

Hi Dave,

We had a similar problem once - are you typing in 'reservations' as your subject ? If not try that - as any other wording in the subject goes straight into their spam quarantine. Good luck - the only other suggestion is maybe ringing them - we have the number if need be.

If this is your first visit there you won't be disappointed - it is fantastic, we came back in June from our 4th time there and plan to go again in September..
