I was wondering the same thing - whereabouts are you in Laganas?

 

We're back out again in 6 weeks time, staying at the Daisy - we'll miss you all being there but will definitely see you all in your new bar!  My sister and her family are out with us this time!

 

Can't wait!  Counting down the days!

Recently returned from a 2 week holiday in Daisy's!  Came to say hello to you all in Bar Fantasy - only to get there and find you closed!!    Not the greeting we hoped for as we were all looking forward to having a few of your yummy cocktails (well I was!) James was hoping for a game of pool with Dennis!  Bit disappointed as your new bar looks great from the outside!!

 

Maybe next year we'll be able to see you all again!  Good luck with Bar Fantasy- hope it's very successful!

Recently returned from a 2 week stay in Daisy Apartments!  As usual, had an excellent time!  Same apartment as last year (above the pool bar)!  As you know, Daisy's Pool Bar has changed management and the new family - Maralyn, Dennis and Harietta - are lovely, not leaving out your chef - sorry, didn't know his name but always had a smile!  Very friendly family who make you feel really welcome and can't do enough for you!

 

Dennis is great with the kids and loves a game of pool!  Our kids loved him!  My niece turned 2 while we were out in Zante and Maralyn organised a birthday cake in the evening which was a lovely surprise!  Harietta has a great singing voice too - as we all found out during a bit of a sing-song that same night with my daughter!

 

The family have only been there since start of season so no real entertainment in the evening yet - apart from bingo!  I'm sure once they've settled in there'll be plenty to do in the evenings!

 

Not to forget Toni, our rep, who was lovely - and around nearly every day!  Have a great season!

 

We all had a great holiday!  Hope to see you all there next year!  Will try and add some photos on here soon!

Okay, its not the best airport in the world as we all know!!  In fact, it could do with being demolished!  But its never put me off returning to Zante!  We've been 3 years in a row now and when i'm booking my holiday, I don't sit in the travel agents thinking 'I can't go back to Zante - the airport's terrible!'  Zante is a beautiful island and the holiday experience is what matters.  Yes, I realise that the departure lounge is the last thing we actually experience on our holiday and therefore, the last thing we remember, but the ultimate lasting impression of my holiday is the beautiful scenery, the friendly, welcoming islanders and how I actually feel when I have to leave, knowing it will be another year before we can return!  Can't wait to go back again, and yes, the airport will again be part of my experience - but hopefully in the new part!!
