Ate at the Relax about6 times in our stay last week. Food was excellent and the staff were awesome freindly and cheerful. Tried a different meal each night and I even bought a Greek cookbook to bring home. If I ever go back to Alykes in the future I certainly will eat there again. Lived at the nikos apts since the 1st of october for a week It was dirty and smelly, crockery and cutlery had to be sterilised before we could use them, sheets and towels were only changed after we went and asked. Toilet and shower were a disgrace my dog has better hygiene than the people at the nikos. Maybe the nikos was a good place a few years ago but it has certainly slipped to the bottom of the ladder, My Thomas Cook rep Amanda didn't want to know when I mentioned my problem, she said that the Apartments were up to standard.If that is Thomas Cook standards then I certainly won't be using them again. All she wanted to do was party.I know this comment won't change anything but it might help somebody else from making the same mistake as we did. Zante is a lovely island full of warm'th and lovely history and friendly people. So come on Thomas Cook raise your standards a bit and maybe we will get value for our money. Will be back to zante but not with Thomas Cook or at the nikos.
