Visited Kalamaki 4 times, only ate here on our most recent holiday this may. Have to say it is the worst meal I've ever had whilst on holiday. Service terrible. Cheese pies starter frozen in the middle.... Sardines 'special' was that heavily drowned in dill butter could'nt even taste the fish. No running water in the toilets. All in all terrible. AVOID - there are so many lovely restaurants around.
Visited Kalamaki 4 times, always return to Zepos. Unbeatable food and service, lovely setting, can't fault anything. We've eaten Lamb kleftiko, bekri meze, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki, swordfish and many other dishes here - all have been excellent. Going back May 2010 and won't hesitate to return to Zepos.
Fourth visit to Kalamaki, only discovered Melon Bar this year. Went most evenings during our holiday in May. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, lovely relaxed setting, not as noisy as some of the other bars in the resort. Best Pina Colada in Kalamaki.!! We are returning in May 2010, will definately return to Melon Bar.
Visited Kalamaki May this year. Stayed up the top end of town so always visited Oasis Bar on our way out for the evening. Lovely garden setting. Really good pina coladas!!. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, we'll be back next may.
Arrived in Kalamaki 1st May 09. The resort was SO quiet on our first night, Time out was one of the only places open so we had our first night meal in here. Have to say we were very impressed with the food (husband claims its the best moussaka he's ever had...), chicken souvlaki was also excellent. Service very good, efficient and friendly. As we were staying nearby, ended up eating lunch in here almost every day. Husband loved the full english breakfasts, good food and really good value. Cannot fault Time Out. Looking forward to returning May 2010.
