Kookis Villas

Kookis Villas Village is a luxurious complex consisting of 7 villas each with their own private swimming pool, one studio and two apartments. Kookis Villas have their own reception and a lounge bar. The villas are tastefully furnished in traditional Zakynthian style and offer all of the comforts that you could require for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine and of course a full range of utensils to prepare any kind of food that you may wish.

The one bedroom villas have one bedroom with en suite bathroom with a double bed, and the space for another single bed, if required. In the lounge there is a sofa bed which can convert to one double bed or two single beds. The two bedroom villas have two bedrooms one with double bed and en suite bathroom and one with two single beds. The lounge area has television, DVD and music system and is comfortably furnished, there is a sofa between which can convert into one double or two single beds.

All villas are double glazed and have mosquito screens, air conditioning, safety deposit boxes, irons, ironing boards and their own balcony areas with wooden tables and chairs and sunloungers around your own private pool The main bathroom in these villas has both bath and shower and hot water is provided by boiler.

In the garden area there is a barbecue if you wish to eat out and there is a small childrens playground.

The use of all services, such as air condition, safety boxes, etc are included in the price. Every detail has been thought out to ensure that guests of Kookis Villas have a truly wonderful stay in Keri Lake.
