To Anna Lamb - in reply to your request for information - I am now 53 and enjoy staying at Costas. My family and I have stayed about 5 times, the family are excellant and very helpfull. The apartments are situated away from the main hustle and bustle but the music from Costa's bar can go on past midnight. This you can hear depending upon where your apartment is situated. As for cleanliness - no problem. Have a great holiday Mike Rogers

Excellant Tarverna - Been going to Kalamaki for several years and only just found Dias. My wife really enjoyed the Chicken Stifardo which you can't get erverywhere. I enjoyed the Sole Special. Very friendly and good quality.

Absolutly lovely place to stay. The family are very friendly and helpful and will help make your holiday a joy. It is just a shame that JMC are contracted with them for another 2 years. JMC will not look after you, but the Costa's family will certainly do that as much as they can despite JMC.

Costas apartments are just off the Kalamaki - Lagana Road.
If you walk along that road from the "T" junction at Kalamaki (Where the taxis stand) it is about 150/200 yards where there is a turning on your left opposite Sophias apartments and shop.

We have eaten at Dias on several occasions and always found the food quality and choice to be excellant, but have not offered accomodation until recently.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INFORM ME WHICH TOUR OPERATOR DIAS IS WITH SO I CAN BOOK A STAY THERE.

The Garden Village apartments are about 100 metres or so from the taxi rank almost opposite Sophias supermarket and pool bar on the Laganas Road.

We ate several times yet again at Michaelos - you can't fault the service, food and the ambience of this taverna. Dennis and his team are so friendly including Nichol (he is the one that lays the tables) who has had some unfair comments made about him by previous writers - he does not have all his speach faculties as you and I enjoy so please be kind - but he does have a sense of humour - enjoy.

Just returned yet again from Zante and Yiani and Bia (the good looking one)were very hospitable indeed. The cocktails are excellant and thankyou Yiani for the Metaxa which I will enjoy during our long cold winter nights here in the UK.

Dias was a great place to stay. The friendliness of the staff and the food in the restaurant excellant. The cleanliness of the apartment was second to none. We would have stayed next year if Lambros had not decided to enter into a contract with a Swedish Tour Operator - maybe he has a vested interested very close!!!

Yet again the food, service and friendliness at this restaurant is second to none. One of the best peppered fillet steaks I have had anywhere. Thankyou

Although we stayed at the Dias Studios just a short distance from The Two Brothers Apartments we ate breakfast here every morning. I availed myself of the special breakfast which more than set me up for the day. The brothers are very accomodating and pleasant. We stayed here in May and probably will do so again.

Just returned from Zante. We stayed at Dias Studios. Everything was excellant. Naomi was very helpful and friendly as she was when we stayed at 2 Brothers in May. The Excel Airways flights were good too - actually providing the veggy meals as requested and they didn't try to keep selling you things as some other airlines.

Second time we have stayed at Dias Studios. The apartments are clean and spacious and the beds are made every day with regular changes of sheets and towels. The restaurant has got to be one of the best in Kalamaki, the food and service are second to none. Lambros and his family are very accomadating and friendly and supplied flowers and a birthday cake for my wife after a call from the UK prior to our arrival. After repairing my spectacles, I am sure Lambros would make a very good optician.

We have known Yianni for about 13 years now. He his a caring man and his bar is an oasis amongst the the many bars that are noisy and brash. Thanks also to Rebecca for her friendly aquaintance this year.

Although we did not stay at Costas we again enjoyed their hospitality around the pool etc. and the excellant Greek night. Thankyou Costa, Andreana (for the excellant breakfasts), Dennis, Takis and Laurance.

The food and service here was excellant. I had a meze for one which is something that is not on many establishments menus. The beef stifado was really tasty although the dish very often does not agree with my stomach but I risked it and it was worth it.

Thankyou Labros and family for helping us to have another excellant holiday on Zante. The rooms are clean and well kept.

What can I say - Julie pulled out all stops again. Such friendly and atentive service and good cars.

As usual excellent food, service and prices despite the earthquake whilst we were there on one occassion. The best Lamb Kleftico on the island.

Kalamaki is a great place to stay in October.

A great time was had again staying at Dias. Rooms, maid service etc. second to none.

Thank you Dennis and staff for some fantastic food again - It has been 19 years now and you never cease to produce good food, presentation and friendliness.

Merlis good quality food has taken over where Paris left off.

Unlike a previous reviewee I again found Michaelos food, service and friendlyness excellant. I have been eating at Michaelos now for 18 years and where else in Kalamaki would you find people having to queue to eat - does that not say it all. Thank you Dennis and staff for making our stay in Kalamaki that much more pleasant.

Very pleased with Roselands - room was clean, staff were generally friendly, polite and helpful. Just one small complaint, the constant football showing on the TVs - there are 2 screens in the lounge area and one outside all showing football at the same time. Our room was above the bar/lounge and once had to ask for the volume to be lowered (football again) - it was lowered immediately and did not have that problem again. I would certainly consider returning to Roselands.
